Complaint no 170824-32531676 made from 17 Aug which was attended on 3rd Oct after postng on X. Technician said issue PCB n wil be replaced. Today 23 oct technician says wrong PCB sent

@kayaskinclinic Mulund applied steroid & ice like crazy the dermat came they kept whispering among themselves, had no mirror but then just kept applying ice. Then they applied this blue mask on face which left a blue tinge on the burnt areas on her face looking horrible.
Month ago my friend cousin called spoke to deepali she said few more days they asked for my friend bank details to make cheque. My friend uncle was going to @kayaskinclinic mulund to collect but nothing so far. My friend mom also called in mid May & cousin has been following up
but all @kayaskinclinic Mulund say is it’s in process . It’s been more than 2 months now but they haven't refunded yet.
My friend went to @kayaskinclinic & got hydrating facial with lactic peel on 23/4/2023. 1st she was given tablet where she put in concerns. App diagnosed her skin as sensitive & dry. she met the Dermat and went thru the app, spoke in detail about skin being very sensitive and dry
It was a HRF rating facial with Latic peel.She paid Rs5000 upfront b4 treatment. they took her for peel first. As soon as staff put peel on face it was burning she told them, staff got a small battery hand held fan, said it will be fine.She told several times it was really burnin
