Earlier this year, the SEC classified $ADA as a digital commodity, not a security.
However, this classification only appears in the explanation of the new crypto rules, not in the rules themselves.
Six blockchain organizations have asked the SEC to write it into the rules. We co-signed the letter, alongside @StellarOrg, @Hedera, @AptosLabs, @AvaLabs and @Chainlink.

The team behind LATAM Blockchain Events, co-founded by Bryan Aguilar and Kristopher Panamá, has been onboarded to RealFi (@realfi_co).
They are the organizers of Peru Blockchain Conference, an event of 10,000 attendees that I had the privilege of attending two years in a row, and where Charles Hoskinson joined as a virtual speaker for two consecutive editions.

UPDATE: Cardano Foundation via $ADA's CIP-113 has "fully tokenized 850,000 shares in a private company. The ownership rights are 1:1, a token living on Cardano, exactly the same as if you had the equity. Corporate governance, voting, you name it, you have the same legal rights."

Dynamic opens a simpler door into Midnight
Dynamic (@dynamic_xyz), the wallet infrastructure firm owned by Fireblocks, has added Midnight (@MidnightNtwrk) to its non-custodial wallet tools. Apps using Dynamic can now create a Midnight wallet from an email or social login, letting users make private (shielded) midnight-3:native transfers without installing extra software.
Teams already building with Dynamic on chains such as Solana, Bitcoin, Stellar, Sui, and TON can add Midnight through their existing setup.

農地データには、土地の境界、作物の情報、過去の生産・環境データなどが関わる🌱 このプロジェクトでは、現地で収集した情報と衛星画像などを組み合わせ、農地に関する記録をCardano上で参照・検証できるようにする🚀
これによって期待できるのが、金融・保険・流通への活用だ🏦
例えば、農家が融資を受ける際に、農地や生産履歴に関する情報を確認できれば、金融機関が農家を評価するための新たな材料になる💰 保険会社はリスク評価に、食品企業は調達やトレーサビリティに、支援機関は農業プログラムの管理に活用できる可能性がある🌐
しかも、同じ情報をサービスごとに一から集め直すのではなく、検証可能な記録を複数の用途で活用するという考え方が重要だ⚡ 一度検証したデータを、複数のサービスにつなげることで、農業データそのものが新たな金融・ビジネス基盤へと進化していく📊
