Imagine you have paid off your iPhone 13 Pro 10 months ago but @Verizon still has a carrier lock sim lock on your device that they won’t unlock for you for another TWO MONTHS after dealing with @VerizonSupport for over 4 hours today and counting.
@VerizonSupport has told me multiple times today that there is no sim lock on my phone on their end for the past 4 hours and had me reset network settings numerous times today saying it will update the sim lock.
Well the supervisor named Trix just ditched me to Apple support who can’t do anything. Verizon has my phone sim locked and won’t unlock it, lied to me all day saying it was unlocked. @VerizSupport
