@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS - my internet has been down for a week and your customer service has been appalling. I am really disappointed and need someone to urgently deal with this. I have raised a ticket and had calls but it’s appalling.
From @AlanFitzpatrick to the national anthem, what a mix.
Extremely disappointed that you’ve gone ahead with today’s gig. We had tickets and have been dying to see you. We made the responsible choice not to attend for our own health and for the benefit of the community. So irresponsible of you & promoters.
