1. altho being "friends" with your workmates will help u go places if u choose them well. like when i'm friends w half the people who make our shifting schedules kaya pag sila may hawak ng scheduling for a certain month, ang ganda ng shifts ko lmao. in return (1/n)
i help out with what they find a hassle (recording, organising files, etc) and sometimes anticipate ano kakailanganin nila which usually comes in clutch pag inspection time na at a prefecture level.
2. always just show the bare minimum. tas pag kailangang kailangan lang (2/n)

I’m Japanese, yet I honestly struggle to understand what my own country was trying to accomplish back then.
