First marathon ✅ 4:00:45. 42.3 kilometres through York. From KM 32, my legs started giving way. The same feeling I had at the ULTRACk 50 when I stopped at 30KM on a track. This time I didn’t stop. I walked KM 36 and 37. Then I ran again. That’s the whole story really.
