I made a swipe file of 730+ statics from 170+ brands, filterable by awareness, emotion, format, & niche.
Use it to:
β’ Pick emotions your next static lean on
β’ Brief designers with real, specific examples
β’ Find formats you havenβt tested

When a static stops working, do you know why?
Most accounts can tell you what died.
Very few can tell you the reason.
That gap is the whole game. Which side are you on?
Here's what Jacob, founder of BOLDE, told us:
"I would feel comfortable saying that you easily 10x the output of our design work. We simply couldn't do what we do without you guys."
Same small team. Far more creative shipped.

Altra is a unique brand in the running space. Saw one of their newest shoes, the Escalante 5 recently, and that wide toe box + zero drop is the whole point.
Went through their Meta ads. 53 statics running, mostly product shots and lifestyle photos.
Here's 3 static concepts I think they should test:
1) Stat callouts. 0 of 53 lead with the specs (0mm drop, 24mm stack, 7.75oz)
2) Comparison grid. 0 of 53 put the shoe up against a regular one
3) Written manifesto. 0 of 53 argue the toe box in words
Most brands make statics like they're buying lottery tickets.
More tickets, better odds, right?
Here's how to build a static system that improves itself instead.
7: Close the loop.
Run the batch. Read the results. Those results tell you what to make next week.
That's the difference between making more ads and compounding growth.
True Classic's statics are really simple and clear. Here are 3 of its top statics & why they work:
1\. "Date night, sorted" sells the whole outfit, not just a shirt. The flat lay makes 5 looks easy to picture.
2\. Color names on the 6-pack stack let you pick at a glance. The copy calls out the guy who throws on whatever's clean.
3\. Same guy, baggy tee vs fitted. The before and after does the pitch for them.
More statics is not a strategy.
Forty ads built on the same reason to buy behave like one ad.
Same pocket of people, and that pocket runs out.
Variety of angle beats volume of output every time.
What are you testing next, a new look or a new reason to buy?
What's the oldest static still running in your account right now?
If it's been live for months, that ad is telling you something.
Drop the age below.
A static that failed is not always a bad idea.
Sometimes the angle was right and the execution was off. Wrong hook, wrong image, buried the point.
Half our best concepts are second attempts at ideas that failed for a fixable reason.
Don't bin the idea. Diagnose it.

Been seeing GrΓΌns more and more on my feed lately. Went through some of their statics, here's 3 that I like and why they work:
1. The customer quote is the headline, so the taste claim comes from a buyer instead of the brand. The verified tag backs it up.
2. It reads like a friend answering a DM, so the pitch lands as advice instead of an ad. The offer is just the last reply.
3. Borrowing a publication layout gives it outside credibility. "One clear winner" sets the verdict before you read anything.
Offer statics are the cheapest ads you'll make all year.
Not because the design is clever. Because there's nothing to prove.
The offer does the convincing. You just give people a reason to act now.
And one angle covers the whole calendar. End of summer. Last chance. New color dropped.
Same ad, new reason to run it.
Most brands don't have a static ad system. They have a pile of ads and a lot of guessing.
Here's how to build a base system you can run, step by step.
7: Judge the batch, then feed the results back in.
Which tags won? Which angle is tired? Which awareness level got no spend?
Those answers write your next angle bank update.
