Tip: if you’re seeing a therapist & diagnosed for depression, quietly report it to HR immediately. It’s considered a disability & you can sue if you’re be fired for showing any signs of depression (fatigue, hopelessness, etc.). Companies lose these lawsuits & will not fire you.

I don’t like that people can watch you for weeks, months, and years before they speak to you because they are interested. There is no longer the beauty of “idk if I’ll see you again, so I need to know you”…a man can watch my every move through an app and feel like he knows me…

This happened to me at an old job. Worked a 4hr shift and ppl love to tip me lol 👀. Saw lots of ppl tip me 20%. But my check only amounted to a couple extra dollars an hour. All the workers said the same thing. We def weren’t getting what customers tipped.

As a stylist, I legit thought this was too little cuz at first I thought it was a $10 fee if you do an at-home and the client didn’t bother cleaning their bathroom where you style them. I stopped doing at-homes real quick bc you can’t trust ppl.
