Why have @jsolomonReports and @JustTheNews failed to address this blockbuster revelation? teapawt.net/SteveBakerUSA/status/2…
🚨BREAKING Exclusive: ➡️ FBI and Congressman knew J6 pipe bomber was law enforcement before the arrest of Brian Cole Jr.🚨 “We knew then it was a law enforcement person.” Established and trusted sources have confirmed to me that the former @FBI Assistant Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs briefed a Congressman, staff, former high-ranking @CapitolPolice commanders, and a well-known journalist that a FirstNet whistleblower informed the FBI that it was a single law enforcement phone number that pinged within three meters of both pipe bomb drop locations on January 5, 2021. Three weeks after that October 16, 2025 briefing, Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA, @RepLoudermilk) sent me a string of personal text messages confirming that he and his staff had received corroborating evidence that the placing of those explosive devices “points to USCP [U.S. Capitol Police] involvement.” The October 16, 2025 FBI briefing On December 2, 2025, only two days before the arrest of Brian Cole Jr. as the alleged J6 pipe bomber, a formerly high-ranking Capitol Police whistleblower reached out to inform me that he had been part of a briefing at Rep. Loudermilk’s office on October 16, 2025. The FBI’s congressional liaison, Marshall Yates, briefed a small group of only five others that the FBI had received information from a First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) whistleblower about a single, redacted FirstNet phone number that had “pinged” within three meters of where pipe bombs were discovered on January 6, 2021, at both the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, D.C. According to Yates, the FirstNet whistleblower told the FBI that data long reported as “corrupted” was actually retrievable. The FBI sent a warrant to AT&T and Verizon for that data. Both mobile network carriers sent the recovered data to FirstNet for redactions. According to the Capitol Police whistleblower who attended this briefing, Yates explained that because it was now known by the FBI to be a FirstNet redacted phone number that pinged within three meters of both bomb placement locations on the evening of January 5, he said, “We knew then it was a law enforcement person.” Who was at the briefing *Marshall Yates, (@MarshallYates_) FBI Assistant Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs *Congressman Barry Loudermilk, (@RepLoudermilk) Chairman of the Select Subcommittee to Investigate the Remaining Questions Surrounding January 6, 2021 *Rob Adkerson, (@RobAdkerson1791) Rep. Loudermilk’s then Chief of Staff *Steven Sund, (@ChiefSund) former Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police *A now-retired former Deputy Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police who became a whistleblower in November of 2021 when he filed his first protected disclosure related to the events of January 6, 2021, with members of Congress *John Solomon (@jsolomonReports), investigative journalist, founder and CEO of @JustTheNews. Now serves as the chairman of the new Government Transparency Task Force in the White House. Why they were there The Capitol Police whistleblower told me that he and former Chief Sund had received calls from Rob Adkerson asking them to come in for the meeting. The whistleblower and Sund have a long personal relationship and arranged to meet early for coffee before going to Loudermilk’s office. The whistleblower told me he didn’t understand his purpose for being there, as he had no background or working familiarity with FirstNet or the cellular network providers. *During the development of this story, the whistleblower informed me that he had consulted with Chief Sund several times to ensure their memories of Yates’s briefing were accurate and in sync.* Loudermilk and Adkerson were obvious choices for the briefing, as Loudermilk had chaired both subcommittees investigating January 6 since the GOP won back control of Congress in 2023. Adkerson, the de facto leader of the committees’ investigative efforts, had always been the point man for my many interactions with the Congressman and his staff. According to the whistleblower, John Solomon was the “odd bird” in the mix; even stranger, he said, “Although Yates was giving the briefing, it felt like Solomon called the meeting.” The whistleblower’s most significant observation was in the form of a question, “Why, after all this time, has Solomon never done a story about it?” I have reached out to everyone for comments about that briefing, except for Solomon. Adkerson confirmed the subject matter with me several weeks ago, during his primary campaign run for his former boss’s congressional seat. Loudermilk announced early this year that he would not seek reelection in November, prompting Adkerson to resign as Loudermilk’s chief of staff and mount an unsuccessful effort to earn his boss’s seat in Congress. Loudermilk’s announcement to step down from his seat on February 4 of this year came only three weeks after his new subcommittee’s only hearing on January 14, during which Chairman Loudermilk dropped the most underreported statement by any Congress member this year. Loudermilk revealed, “Additionally, the FBI operational updates note two eyewitnesses who described the gray hoodie suspect as a White male. Did this influence the FBI’s investigation?” Three weeks later, Loudermilk announced he was leaving Congress for “personal reasons,” to spend more dedicated time with his family as a husband, father, and grandfather. What else does Loudermilk know I reached out directly to Loudermilk and his new chief of staff for comment on this story, and while I’ve not heard back from either, I already have an extensive, Capitol Hill-quaking statement from the Congressman. Only 20 days after that October 16, 2025 briefing about the FirstNet phone number pinging at both bomb-drop locations, Loudermilk sent me a string of text messages. At that time, the Congressman was already aware of our coming story in which we would name a former Capitol Police officer as a potential forensic match to the gray hooded bomber. With no prompting, on November 5 of last year, I received the following messages from Loudermilk: “You are about to shake the world!!” “I've been talking with Rob and Brandon … [his former and current chiefs of staff] ... Having my team dig deeper to find corroborating evidence. We had recently uncovered some evidence that was leading us in the same direction. We need to talk face to face. I have info that can fill in the gaps.” “Will need to meet to discuss. It is circumstantial, but it points to USCP involvement.” “If you have this right, I don't believe the individual acted alone. I want to connect the dots and to everyone.” Exactly one month after Loudermilk sent me those text messages, the FBI arrested Brian Cole Jr., an autistic black man who would in no way qualify for a FirstNet phone number. Questions Why hasn’t the FBI or Loudermilk’s committee informed the public about that redacted FirstNet phone number? Will the FBI now publish the data FirstNet recovered, to either confirm or denounce this story? Only one week after the October 16 meeting, the FBI re-upped the $500,000 reward with new video footage of the gray hooded bomber, posting that video to all social media sites and again asking the public for leads to help identify the bomber. This suggests they still had no suspects at the time. Why would they again publicize the reward money and ask for the public’s help when they had new information that the bomber was carrying a first responders FirstNet phone? Why hasn’t the FBI responded to Loudermilk’s revelation that the Bureau had two eyewitnesses stating the gray hooded figure was a “white male?” Also, while several pedestrians crossed paths with that figure on January 5, ironically, one of those people was none other than Marshall Yates. To my knowledge, Yates has never publicly acknowledged whether or not he is one of those two witnesses. (Is he?) Now that he has left his position at the FBI, will he acknowledge the contents of that briefing he gave to Loudermilk et al? Or is that information classified as “secret” or “sensitive,” and would he be in violation of his separation agreement with the FBI to even discuss that briefing? What notes or recordings of that October briefing were made? Was John Solomon taking notes? Had the FBI already pre-briefed him before October 16? If the Capitol Police whistleblower, Chief Sund, and Rob Adkerson’s memories are correct, that information is the single most important story since the January 6 riot itself. Why would Solomon not have published that story sometime in the last 10 and 1/2 months? (Continued, with links below⬇️)

I find it quite interesting that @jsolomonReports has issued a blistering series of retorts against recent reporting from @LauraLoomer, but has not yet uttered a peep to refute my revelation of his presence in @RepLoudermilk's office on October 16, 2025, when then-@FBI liaison @MarshallYates_ told him and four others that a FirstNet whistleblower revealed a FirstNet phone had pinged within three meters of both bomb drop locations on the night of January 5, 2021. As a result, “We knew then it was a law enforcement person” who placed the devices. (That story is in the first comment below.)
Laura, this is a reckless series of posts worthy of Joe McCarthy. As our lawyers will soon make clear to you, your insinuation that JTN or any of its employees are engaged in a “money exchange” or a “pay and bribe” scheme with Qatar simply because they showed up in a FARA media contact report is demonstrably false and defamatory. Most times, a PR firm, lobbying firm or law firm working for a foreign power has a contact with an American media outlet it gets reported on a FARA report. Just the News has appeared in such reports for Qatar and Israel. Why? We once asked for comment on an Iran attack on Qatari energy assets. Another time we asked for an interview with a Qatari official — which we got — to confirm the Biden administration asked Qatar to restore Hamas’s operating headquarters in Doha after the October 7 attack. It was a tip we got from Israeli officials and American diplomats, and Qatar confirmed. You can read that here: justthenews.com/government/s… Hardly the stuff of jihadi terrorist propaganda or Qatari bribery. Right now American media are likely seeking Qatari comment from its PR firms on the Iran talks. Those likely will result in new entries on future FARA filings. It’s a basic requirement of journalism and fair comment, not a necessary sign of terrorist sympathies. You clearly don’t understand the purpose of these reports. You also deceptively trimmed the form to show just a FARA report of a text message to Jack seeking a meeting. Had you shown the more complete form to X readers they would see similar routine contacts with Fox News, The Daily Mail, Newsmax, CNN and NBC. These aren’t on their face sinister. They’re usually just efforts to secure updates on international news. They also reported a contact on the same page as Jack with Secretary Bessent. You deprived readers of that information. They can see the form below. Finally, you plastered my photo and the names of our brands on your X account with an insinuation we are bought and paid for by terrorist sympathizers, ironically, on the same day we broke a story exposing how Abdul El-Sayed campaigned inside Islamic mosques and centers whose clerics called America “Satan” and who prayed for “revenge” against Zionists. In other words we used our journalism to expose Islamist extremism, not enable it. In case, in your ignorance, you missed that story you can read it here. justthenews.com/politics-pol… I hope @elonmusk and @CommunityNotes correct your reckless inaccuracy. Either way, you will get a retraction request from our lawyers.

It’s now been 11 days since we produced Brian Cole Jr.’s alibi video. 7 days since we showed that the actual J5 pipe bomb suspect is someone wearing and carrying “cop stuff.” It was Sept. 1 - almost two months ago - since I revealed that “this” @FBI knew the bomber was “law enforcement” … at least by early Fall of last year … and long before Cole’s arrest. Where are you @TheJusticeDept, @AGToddBlanche, @USAttyPirro, @FBIDirectorKash, @WhiteHouse, @POTUS?
Please keep sharing this video widely. Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc. @accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. (Original thread linked in first comment, with our longer "explainer" video.) ⬇️

It’s still unbelievable to me that we have the White House, the house, the senate, the FBI, and the DOJ- and we have learned absolutely nothing about the truth of what happened on J6.
MAJOR QUESTIONS emerge over the January 6 pipe bomber investigation! @alexstein99 challenges the case against the accused suspect as @Timcast raises serious concerns about surveillance footage, the suspect's movements, and whether investigators have the right person. The panel questions whether the FBI's evidence actually adds up, or if crucial details are being overlooked. @rondeaulivia @rebekazeljko

MAGA-at-large has no reason not to join us in support of #FreeBrianColeJr. Brian has voted for Trump twice. (Even though his family members are all lifelong Democrats.) In 2020, he believed everyone's vote should count and felt strongly enough to step out of his comfort zone and attend the first political rally of his life ... in support of President Trump. Neither MAGA media nor major MAGA influencers will speak up for Brian, because doing so might be seen as an admission that @FBIDirectorKash, @dbongino, @USAttyPirro, @AGToddBlanche, @CIADirector might not be infallible appointees of an infallible @POTUS. (Or they might lose their access to White House press badges, seats on Air Force One, and their "unnamed sources" in the intelligence community.) Our advocacy for the innocence of Brian is not a political attack on the President or the GOP's chances in the coming midterms ... as some lunatic disinformation operatives are claiming. It is simply a call for justice, the freedom of an innocent young man, and the deweaponization of @TheJusticeDept. Isn't that what MAGA voted for? Indeed, what Brian Cole Jr. voted for?
🚨BREAKING Exclusive🚨 - Never-before-seen Capitol CCTV video reveals that Brian Cole Jr. could not have been the J6 pipe b*mber. He is seen walking on the northwest side of the Capitol at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME as the real suspect was distributing devices on the southeast side of the Capitol. More information in the thread below. 🧵⬇️ **Video work by @accabbat (Armitas)** The video in the first comment below shows me and @KyleSeraphin breaking down and explaining exactly what you're seeing in this short video.

TLDR: Brian Cole Jr is on camera at 7:57:04pm on Jan 5, 2021 while the hoodie pipe bomber is a MILE away placing pipebombs. The circled figure is tracked camera to camera until the last picture shown here side by side with Cole's interrogation picture. #FreeBrianColeJr
Must see video by @SteveBakerUSA & @accabbat reviewed by @KyleSeraphin. TLDR: newly unearthed CCTV of Brian Cole Jr shows he was elsewhere on J5 and couldn’t have planted the pipe bombs. To keep him imprisoned is criminal @FBIDirectorKash. @FreeBrianCole!

The Lies.🚨 *Full story in the first comment below* ⬇️ The now-infamous Nike shoes that even @FBI confirms the J5/J6 pipe b*omber wore are key to having Brian Cole Jr’s case thrown out. It’s not a claim, Brian is innocent.
Conservative activists and former Jan. 6 defendants are rallying behind Brian Cole Jr., the man accused of planting pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021. Some supporters, including Cole’s parents and prominent conservative figures, claim the government framed him and that the actual perpetrator remains unidentified. Cole has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial in February. Prosecutors say they have surveillance footage, cellphone records, evidence of bomb-component purchases, and an alleged confession tying him to the devices. The FBI has also said a previously identified alternative suspect was investigated and that the investigation found no evidence connecting her to the pipe bombs.
