I missed Paul Jacobs's two recent recitals of French organ music but caught the third, on Tuesday, and it was a beaut. Paul spoke with deep feeling of Vierne's roiling B minor Symphony, the series' capstone, then applied that emotion, and much muscle, to a blockbuster reading.
