Wrapped up the COSSBA (Consortium of State School Board Assoc) Conference yesterday held in Louisville. As a Unified Board Alliance Advisor for COSSBA I had the pleasure of moderating the student panel made up of students from Missouri, Georgia, & Kentucky. They were amazing
I knew the oldest wouldn’t be too far behind the youngest recent recognition at AAMU: Star was one of the students in the Tenn State University & Tennessee Titans 🏈Consortium - she finished her program last week. She also just became a NASM Certified Stretch & Flexibility Coach
Great article written by my friend Dr. Keisha Simmons timeshighereducation.com/cam…
Yesterday morning I spent some time with my friends at Fairview Elementary School for Read Across America. Look at this amazing group of Kindergartners 📚#ReadAcrossAmerica
Proud mom moment. Congrats to my youngest on her induction to the Lambda Chapter of Mu Epsilon Delta Fraternity, Inc. at her university. It’s a co-ed pre-health fraternity for future doctors, dentists, psychiatrists, and all variations of medicine. 🫶🏾
I’m so proud of you @DrTiffanyRicha1 ! To be recognized by “the community” says a lot! It acknowledges that others see you and see how serve! Congrats and well deserved
It was great speaking with you at today’s day of learning at GSBA/GSSA Annual Conference @DrNormanCSauce3 . Wishing you continued success on keeping @DeKalbSchools strong and moving DCCS forward.
