It could well be string-change weekend.
A massive thank you to my wonderful friends at @ViolinExpert for my new @ThomastikInfeld Spirocore's - I cannot wait to try these!

Saturday’s @stevenpage #LiveFromHome was the first I’d missed since the start so I’m just catching up now, and HOW FUN IS THIS
I’m glad my friends @TheHYPO, @henrywillard and I were able to provide the backing and give the freedom for some serious #moves! 🕺🏼 – at Bristol, England
Spending a beautifully quiet morning at the cabin.

So great to hang with my main man Steve Spall yesterday evening, playing some socially-distanced tunes after a few months off.
We had a mega busy Spring & Summer of gigs lined up & lost them all, so it felt great to just jam & laugh again.
Here's to music & a great friend.
Great little gig in #Mayfair, #London this evening at @TheMayFairHotel.

Added another great record to the collection - An original 1965 UK mono first press of Help!
I haven't listened to this album all the way through in over a decade.
You cannot beat hearing "Yesterday" on original mono vinyl from 55 years ago - There are no words. Just breathtaking
Cracking new addition to the collection. Definitely my mothers influence, this one! @cyndilauper #vinyl #vinyllover #nowspinning #cyndilauper #shebop
Sunday off, so baked some oatmeal & dark chocolate chip cookies this afternoon 🍪

An amazing evening last night in Oxford playing double bass for the outstanding talent & my good friend @MikeEvin, & after 15+ years of great friendship & travels, @liammckinnon & I also finally played together! SUCH a pleasure to play music with these guys. My heart is warmed ❤️
A super excellent fabulous evening of music and hangs in Oxford with my new UK band! @liammckinnon on percussion and @henrywillard on double-bass.

Pinner, UK magic, part 1 - meeting and playing with @henrywillard for the first time and creating some groovy and fresh moments for the books
I'm delighted to be joining Canadian piano-pop tunesmith, @MikeEvin on double bass tomorrow night (Sun 27th Oct) in Pinner, North London, as part of Mike's UK tour in support of his stellar brand new album, Evin On Earth.

So delighted to finally get hold of this @bootstrapsmusic record. One of my favourite albums of all-time, & almost impossible to find anywhere now on vinyl.
Found a guy in Superior, Wisconsin who had this one copy for sale & would ship to the UK - A week later, & she's spinning. – at Sevenoaks, South East

Finally deleting the @bbcweather app once & for all. Should have deleted it a long time ago. It really is the most useless weather app. Completely unreliable & almost always incorrect. Hello @metoffice app. You're not as pretty, but a heck of a lot more reliable. #weather #rain
6 gigs in 8 days. Gig #6. What a week. Tonight was smokin'!
