This morning, the Russians attacked Komyshuvakha with an FPV drone, where emergency rescue operations have been underway for seven days following an aerial bomb strike that killed 55 people. Unfortunately, more people may still be under the rubble. Absolute cynicism and brutality. There was also an overnight attack on the Dnipro region – the Russians struck energy infrastructure, leaving more than 600,000 people in Dnipro and the region without power. In the Kharkiv region, the situation is difficult too. There are widespread power outages across the country. In the Zhytomyr region alone, 140 apartment buildings were left without heating following a Russian strike. Repair work is underway in virtually every affected city and community. I thank the energy workers, utility workers, and every repair crew who are literally working 24/7 to restore water, electricity, and heating supplies to people.
In total, this past week alone, Russia has launched 115 missiles of various types, nearly 1,900 guided aerial bombs, and more than 3,000 attack drones against our cities and communities. These are combined strikes involving many ballistic missiles. And a significant portion of the missiles were manufactured this year. We constantly provide our partners with information about Russian enterprises involved in ballistic missile production. In October, Ukraine imposed major sanctions packages on the individuals and legal entities involved. It is very important that they be synchronized across Europe and G7 jurisdictions. If the world does not have enough anti-ballistic capabilities to protect Ukrainian skies, then the missiles must be stopped on the production lines. We count on a strong 22nd EU sanctions package. Russia is stealing children, putting them in forced adoptions with the aggressor, changing their names and making them Russian.
Today, it became known that the leader of the Just Russia-Patriots for Truth party, Sergei Mironov, and his wife adopted a child who was taken from Ukraine. 10-month-old Margarita Prokopenko was taken last year from an orphanage in the then-occupied Kherson to the territory of the Russian Federation. There, the child's name and place of birth were changed entirely. Now, the child is registered as Marina Mironova from the Moscow region.
This is the first documented case of the adoption of a #Ukrainian child by a Russian politician of this rank. Experts in international law qualify such actions as a war crime, which is considered genocide.
Officially, Margarita and two-year-old Ilya Vashchenko were taken to Moscow for "examination, determination of further treatment tactics and rehabilitation." @HromadskeUA wrote about this in July.
It is worth noting that Margarita's father died, and her mother was deprived of parental rights. However, the girl has other relatives with the right to take custody of the child. However, this did not prevent the Russians from #kidnapping the child and changing her personal data completely. Ilya's fate is currently unknown, but it is noted that he also held a new birth certificate.
Nothing is surprising about such news today. The #Russian authorities are pursuing a systemic genocidal policy against the Ukrainian nation, using the least protected category of the population - children from orphanages. And this story shows how much this policy is approved at the state level.
The international community should be aware of these facts; this is the only way to save our children.

Under natten och morgonen utförde ryssarna en ny stor attack mot främst Kyjiv i nya försök att slå ut energiinfrastrukturen och den här gången även mot den norra bron över Dnepr. 1 person dödades och minst 5 skadades.
Ryssarna använde 36 ballistiska robotar varav bara 4 kunde skjutas ner.
De använde även 172 drönare varav hela var 137 var jetmotordrivna.
Av dem sköts totalt 149 ner och 117 av dem var jetdrönare.
Vi hade annars att se framemot en helg med lite mer ström efter en väldigt jobbig vecka där både ström och vatten varit borta i långa perioder. En 5-6 timmar är ju inget problem här, men om det istället bara är 5-6 timmar per dygn man har ström blir det lite lurigt i vardagen efter ett par dagar. Lägger man på en 6-7 timmar utan vatten på det och att det strular med att få igång fjärrvärmen när den första snön siktats så har man receptet för en lite frustrerande tid. Men snackade runt här idag och folk tar det hela med ro.

Kyrylo was just 18 months old.
On March 11, 2022, a russian bomb destroyed the building in Mariupol where he and his family were sheltering.
At least 88 civilians were killed in that building, including Kyrylo and his parents.
He had only just learned to say “mama” and “papa.”
He was buried in the same coffin as his mother.
