Qué. Acaba. De. Pasar.
Ethan Freaking Hunt dijo ‘hay que tomarnos una foto’ y le gustó mi pregunta.
Thank you, @TomCruise , this is an absolute highlight for this agent. Mission accomplished.

✍️ during her performance of "ice in my oj" at the cynthia woods mitchell pavilion in the woodlands, hayley williams called out "fuck ice" and followed it up with "fuck ice again" live on stage. this direct protest targets the united states immigration and customs enforcement (ice), speaking out against systemic human rights violations and the violent use of force against immigrant communities in the country.
her public opposition to ice has been documented through several moments:
june 2025: hayley shared instagram stories speaking out against the deportation of immigrants that started in los angeles and spread nationwide.
january 2026: both hayley’s official website and her brand good dye young joined the nationwide economic boycott against trump administration policies through nationalshutdown.org, temporarily shutting down operations under the banner "ice out! nationwide shutdown", alongside educational graphics posted by gdy exposing reported abuses, medical negligence, and deaths inside ice detention facilities.
february 2026: on grammy day, hayley was pictured with her "ego death at a bachelorette party" team, all wearing matching "ice out" pins to protest the administration's treatment of immigrants.
march 2026: during the opening north american run of "hayley williams at a bachelorette party" at the tabernacle in atlanta, ga, hayley brought the protest straight to the stage for the first time, shouting "fuck ice" during "ice in my oj".
october 2026: following her frequent stage remarks throughout the tour, a department of homeland security spokesperson addressed the comments via fox news, complaining that hayley was being mean to ice agents and suggesting she thank them for their service instead. hayley responded directly on instagram stories, stating: "and may i suggest all nazi bitches suck on my fat dick". last night's show in the woodlands served as a direct live response to the department of homeland security, doubling down mid-song by screaming "fuck ice" and "fuck ice again" to the crowd.

abusive relationships are often pictured as physical, when it also comes from control, and conditioning a person's safety in exchange for "being good". Carrie is realistic cause the love and good moments are there and thats exactly what makes it hard to walk away.

how it feels watching carrie not expecting a perfect page by page book accurate adaptation from mike flanagan, who famously does not do page by page book accurate adaptations

In all fairness he said the same fresh off the success of Top Gun
Tom Cruise says he does not make movies for "opening weekend" as #Digger becomes one of his biggest box office bombs.
“Movies transcend… you just hope you can make a film that can last. So many things happen when you open a movie. I was fortunate to release movies in the 80s and 90s, when movies would stay in the theater for a year. With ‘Rain Man’ and ‘Born on the Fourth of July,’ these movie would just play and play for a year. How can I make a film that can translate and last and evolve? And I feel that way…. that is ‘Digger,’ it’s one of those movies. When I am making [movies], I’m not going, ‘Opening weekend!’ I feel very much like we’re going to make something that is a lasting piece of cinema." (via “On Film With Kevin McCarthy”)
