Off to Bourgueil in the Loire and this high class 100% Cabernet Franc 2020 from Domaine de la Butte. Needs decanting for an hour or so and has so much depth of flavour, with oaky notes and freshness too. Enjoy now, however keep some bottles back for future years. A winner!
