It’s worth noting, that when it was proposed that Circle merge with Affinity Sutton to become Clarion.. ..we asked Council why it was upheld in view of AF’s R & P programme was worse than Circle’s..(& AP admitting so) …the response by a room of Councillors was akin to this…🤦‍♂️

Some years ago I predicted the housing associations would go the same way as building societies who de mutualised and became banks. When you look at the largest in the country you can see my prediction coming true. For profit no longer for people.
