So if we get a big forest fire today, is that when we yell “Bingo”? #earthquake #HurricaneHilary
So the ability to block accounts makes sense for sooooome people. Just not users. Got it.

Confirmed: Yes, Apple and Google require social media apps to have a block feature:
From Apple App Store guidelines:
"The ability to block abusive users from the service."
So, X/Twitter should not be able to remove the block feature.
So I can still see Tweetdeck on my desktop. I'm guessing it will go away as soon as I refresh the page? Basically I'm good until my next Windows update.
So Tweetdeck is totally borked and I find myself on actual Twitter for the first time in years. This UI is awful, how do you people manage over here? If I'm stuck with Twitter.com, I think I'm finally out. Hoping it's temporary. #FingersCrossed

I'm also a little surprised that the content reporting feature even gets a response these days...even if it is just a bot that denies all violation reports.
Twitter used to be a go-to source for breaking news for me. I am capable of parsing out questionable reports from verified ones, so while imperfect, I found it useful. Yesterday I could not escape the barrage of graphic content while I tried to learn about a tragic event. (1)
Have they no loved ones to call and tell that they lived and that they love them?
2. Who wants to run a platform that monetizes gory, graphic imagery of a tragedy for multitudes. That is not news. That is fetish. 5

I'm wondering if there is even enough cash in the company to make good on all the severance packages, they pushed folks in to today?
