Leaders, don't just evaluate next year, but have aspirational conversations:
How are you really doing?
What do you think we are doing well?
What is an area we can improve?
How can I best support you?
What professional goals can we help you achieve?
Thank them for their hard work.

I love seeing inventive ways to incorporate coding, fun and current events!! Go curl-coding!!! 🥌
Bee Bot curling! Ss love this activity and it’s a great way to bring coding and the Olympics together. Ss program the robot to move onto the curling mat. They use a plastic cup to mark their shot. If a Bee Bot bumps a cup, you get to replace the cup with yours.@codebreakeredu

It’s that time of year! The fiction is put away for awhile and I’m sinking my teeth into some motivational new books by some of my favourite educational authors to start off the fall! @DrJCarrington @gcouros
Some great choices here!
