Some big moves on tokenized stocks today on a red stocks day but the @aave market is functioning well.
Despite sharp volatility across US stocks, @Aave's tokenized equity markets on @Base remain stable and fully functional, with risk parameters set by LlamaRisk holding up as designed. Biggest movers among tokenized stocks today: > TSLA: -10.4% > SPCX: -8.5% > NVDA: -7.0% > META: -3.6% > MSFT: -2.7% Out of the ~$15M in tokenized stocks supplied on Aave, only $393 has been liquidated today, and there is zero bad debt in this market. As always, you can track every position on Aave live with our dashboard: dashboard.llamarisk.com/prot…

Payward, the group behind @krakenfx, has acquired $AAVE tokens on the secondary market and may acquire more in the future. Exciting times ahead.
Today @Payward, the unified financial infrastructure platform that powers @krakenfx, announced that Digital Asset Special Investments I, LP, a Payward-affiliated investment fund, and its clients acquired AAVE tokens. The AAVE tokens were acquired through secondary market purchases, and Payward may make additional acquisitions in the future. Payward and Aave are also exploring opportunities to collaborate on future initiatives. As traditional and onchain markets converge, Payward believes DeFi is an integral part of the global financial system, with Aave playing a leading role in this evolution.

For Bitcoin holders, collateral can provide access to credit without selling Bitcoin Then the structure matters next, and how that Bitcoin is controlled matters more.

Payward (Kraken) has purchased $AAVE tokens on the secondary market as part of our partnership to bring onchain lending to a broader audience. This highlights the singular focus on the $AAVE token formalized under the Aave Will Win Framework.

UPDATE: @babylonlabs_io highlights Cradle DEX @Cradle_DEX , an upcoming options exchange built using Babylon's Trustless Bitcoin Vaults (TBV). Cradle aims to let users trade options strategies using native bitcoin:native as collateral, without wrapping or bridging Bitcoin to another chain. The project is still in development.

After DOGE, Elon came to a conclusion most people missed. He tried to reform the state from the inside. He failed. And he said it plainly: the government can't fix its own deficit. Nobody in power actually wants to cut. The machine protects itself. So he drew the only logical conclusion. If the state can't be reformed, there are only two ways this ends. Either global bankruptcy. Debt keeps compounding, interest payments eat the budget, and the system collapses under its own weight. Or robots. AI and robotics grow the economy so fast that the debt becomes manageable, and abundance makes the old fights over scarcity irrelevant. Here's the part almost nobody sees. For two centuries, capitalism has had a marketing problem. Its gains are real but slow and invisible. 2% growth a year doesn't feel like anything. Your life gets better over 30 years and you never connect it to the system that did it. Meanwhile, the left's promises feel immediate and concrete: a check, a subsidy, a benefit. That's why the left wins on promises even when it can't deliver them. Capitalism produces the wealth, socialism takes the credit. Robots break that asymmetry. When productivity doubles in a few years instead of a few decades, people will see it. Things get cheaper, services get better, opportunities appear, in real time. For the first time in history, people will connect capitalism and their rising standard of living directly, almost instantly. The causal chain becomes visible. And that changes everything politically. So there are two scenarios. Scenario one: we stay in the current inertia. No breakthrough, or a breakthrough we regulate to death. The debt wins. Living standards stagnate, then fall. A frustrated electorate turns to whoever promises the most, and that pushes toward a hard collectivist left. But collectivism fails, as it always does. And when it fails, the most organized, most disciplined collectivist force left standing isn't the old left. It's radical Islamism. Bankruptcy, then communism, then something worse. Scenario two: robots win. Abundance arrives, and it arrives visibly. The link between free enterprise and prosperity becomes obvious to everyone. And this is the key point: it becomes obvious to everyone, including the minorities the left was counting on. Because their long-term incentive is the same as everyone else's. A kid in the suburbs gains infinitely more from a booming, abundant West than from a bankrupt state handing out promises it can't keep. Abundance is the most powerful integration machine ever built. That's the Western renaissance. The West doesn't need to win the culture war by arguing. It needs to win it by delivering. And for the first time, it has the technology to deliver fast enough for people to notice. The race isn't left vs right anymore. It's robots vs bankruptcy.

.@Cradle_DEX is building an options DEX powered by Babylon TBV. This will enable options strategies using native Bitcoin as collateral. Another use case for trustless and native Bitcoin collateral.
You have a price target for Bitcoin. Do you have a trading strategy to match? That’s where options come in. Keep an eye on what Cradle is building with @babylonlabs_io.

A new source of protocol revenue, driven by demand to borrow using native BTC. Borrowing is the first use case. Integrating @babylonlabs_io’s TBV with @aave V4 could enable a wider range of onchain financial products.

Two photos. Fifty-six years apart. The exact same soil. On the left, a woman living in the sunlight—autonomous, visible, and free to exist in her own skin. On the right, a human being systematically erased under layers of forced silence and state control. Freedom is never permanently guaranteed; it can be stripped away in a single generation when extremism takes the wheel. As someone who wore the uniform, my heart aches looking at this contrast. If I could put boots back on the ground to help break those chains, topple tyranny, and return basic human dignity to these women, I would do it in a heartbeat. No woman should ever be forced into becoming a ghost in her own homeland. Stand with the brave women fighting to reclaim their voice, their identity, and their freedom. Woman. Life. Freedom. 🕊️🇮🇷 #WomanLifeFreedom #StandWithIranianWomen #Freedom #HumanRights #NeverForget

Saw a few discussions about size of hack, why impact to bitcoin price is small, etc. 👇 $6.3 billion is the biggest in USD terms, but not in BTC terms. MtGox was 650,000 BTC! Other important numbers to consider: % of bitcoin (in relation to BTC total supply), ie, market impact. MtGox is big there again at 5%+. Number of users impacted, and % of user assets impacted. MtGox (the largest CEX at the time) and FTX (not small) were all near 100% of users and their asseets. Most important: Who is impacted? Does the platform cover it all? (only one victim), as in recent two CEX cases and Binance. Obviously, still a major disaster for the industry, Binance (and me). It hurts, but we survive. Most importantly, we protect our users. (image from @MatthewRoszak)
One of the largest crypto exchanges gets hacked for $6 billion and bitcoin sold off less than 5%? Bullish.
