For eight years, Dr. Raghav has selflessly treated countless ordinary people,often paying from his own pocket, remaining available to patients at all hours. He has even personally taken patients to Chandigarh at his own expense, never turning away a poor or helpless person.
Today, the same common people he served with compassion have come out onto the streets in his support. The public knows the truth,who is a good doctor and who is not.

The TRUTH must come out.
This is not a story of an “Innocent Patient versus a heartless doctor.”
This case involves a habitual offender, against whom multiple FIRs and criminal cases are already registered.
👉 Upon arriving at the hospital, he acted in line with his criminal mindset and demanded VIP treatment and special privileges.
👉 The doctor responded professionally and in accordance with government hospital protocols.
👉 This refusal bruised the patient’s ego, following which he used obscene and abusive language against the doctor’s parents.
👉 The situation escalated when he attempted physical assault with an iron rod.
👉 The doctor acted solely in self-defense.
Subsequently, certain media outlets deliberately cropped and selectively edited the video, portraying the offender as a “poor and helpless victim”
clearly aimed at gaining political advantage and creating instability within the system.
★ Government hospitals are centers of service, not platforms for criminal entitlement.
★ Doctors are here to treat patients, not to be assaulted.
★ Distorting facts is not journalism -it is propaganda.
The time has come to:

Now The #Himachal Medical Officers’ Association (HMOA) has announced a Mass leave on 26 December 2025 in response to the recent incident at IGMC #Shimla.
If the demands are not met, a statewide shutdown across Himachal Pradesh will begin from 27 December.
★The association is demanding the immediate revocation of the suspension of the resident doctor involved in the incident.
★It has called for strict legal action against all individuals responsible for the assault and misconduct.
★The association has also emphasized the urgent need for strengthened security measures in hospitals to ensure the safety of healthcare workers.

Doctor dancing inside the duty room of a government hospital.
Taking the matter seriously, the CMO issued a notice to the doctor and sought an explanation.
The doctor in the video has been identified as Dr. Afkar Siddiqui, who was reportedly dancing with his fiancee to celebrate his engagement.
Authorities have termed the act a violation of duty protocols.
He has been removed from his emergency duty immediately.
His hospital-provided room has been vacated; he’s been asked to leave the accommodation.
