The bitter truth is that new fans are rare to find now. What's left are the people who really want to see this through to the end. If the company doesn't step up their game, mapagiiwanan talaga sila. Fans can only endure so much and you can't solve it with endless FSE/VCEs. Pag nawalan yan ng gana, kahit gaano pa ka ganado ang company maglapag ng content in the future, di na babalik yan. The group has so much potential but whoever tracks and reviews their social media metrics is either blind or incompetent. The data is staring them right in the face and to ignore that is bad management. 🙂↔️
Anyway, we are consumers after all. We base our ROI on how valued we feel as fans, from how the company communicates with us to how they treat the artists we love. And remember, ROI has a timeline, and clearly they're running out of time.
