Due to the pandemic, we have sadly had to make the decision to cancel our 2021 event. We have investigated all options to re-schedule, however, due to lack of available dates, this has not been possible... โ at Hook, England
We very much hope to be able to organise an event in 2022, bigger & better than ever.
Any outstanding entries will be carried forward to the 2022 event, however, if you have paid and would like to receive a refund, please get in touch... โ at Hook, England
We know how many people look forward to and enjoy taking part in this popular, well-supported community event and we hope to see you all next year!
With best wishes,

We've received a fantastic donation of ยฃ300 from @hookfunrun. Thanks to their two principal sponsors, William Grants & Sons Distillery and Square One, they've been able to give out a limited number of donations to local charities such as @SteppingStoneDS

๐ด EVENT UPDATE ๐ด
It is with great sadness that, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organising committee have taken the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Hook Fun Run & Road Races event that was rescheduled to take part on Sunday 11th October 2020. โ at Hook, England
Especially in a year when many community organisations need more help than ever.
Weโre only able to put on an event that is safe for our runners, volunteers, supporters & our community. Itโs not possible to stage the event safely within the current government guidelines. โ at Hook, England
The organising committee know how many people look forward to and enjoy taking part in this popular, well-supported community event and we hope to see you all next year!

Sadly, this coming Saturday, for the first time in 15 years, there will be no parkrun anywhere in the world.
We will share more from parkrun Founder Paul Sinton-Hewitt later today.
We will get through this, together โค๏ธ
