Marc Elias’s firm advised Mary Peltola’s campaign on the Alaska scheme to put a second Dan Sullivan on the ballot, and now the same firm is defending her as federal prosecutors ramp up their investigation. It’s the same operation from start to finish. It would be poetic justice if both Peltola and Elias were found guilty of election interference and jailed.
Elias Law Group worked with Peltola’s campaign and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee to recruit another Dan Sullivan specifically to peel votes from the incumbent Republican. A New York Times report detailed the effort, including text messages and a former campaign manager saying Peltola was aware.
Now that grand jury subpoenas are coming, the same lawyers who helped plan the alleged election interference in Alaska are opposing the DOJ’s lawsuit over the race. The people who created the problem want legal cover once it’s exposed.
Democrats create the scheme with Elias’s help, then use him to slow-walk or block any accountability once it’s exposed. The same lawyer who spent years fighting voter ID, citizenship verification, and mail-ballot restrictions is now defending an operation designed to trick voters into casting a ballot for the wrong person.
It’s not democracy. It’s the opposite. Alaska voters deserve a race decided by their choices, not by a Democratic effort to dilute the real opponent’s support and then lawyer up when the scheme is exposed.
Elias has made a career out of protecting that playbook. The investigation should treat his clients and the people who planned the namesake candidate the same way.
Jail is the appropriate response for deliberate voter deception in a federal race.

They’ll call it whataboutism. I call it accountability.
If ICE’s tactics deserve scrutiny, so do the policies that shape enforcement, the choices that restrict cooperation, and the political tactics that inflame conflict.
Katie was 20 when she was killed just being on the streets of Sanctuary Urbana, Illinois by an intoxicated illegal immigrant.
His background should have filtered him out of our communities and Katie and her friend would still be alive today.
Why does scrutiny stop at enforcement?
Policy is a tactic. Non-enforcement is a tactic. Political escalation is a tactic.
Who gets scrutinized, and who gets excused?

Abdul El-Sayed just UNLOADED on the Trump administration.. He called Trump a dumb bully, Hegseth a mini dumb bully, and JD Vance a suck up.
I can't believe this guy even has a chance to win, he literally wants to abolish ICE, push Medicare for All, which Mercatus says would cost $32 TRILLION over 10 years, and END the filibuster so Democrats can pass anything with 51 votes.
People like this are going to absolutely destroy our country.

He registered to vote in Los Angeles County in 2021.
He voted in 2022. He voted again in 2024.
Then he applied for citizenship and swore under penalty of perjury that he had NEVER registered to vote in any election in the United States.
Wednesday a federal grand jury indicted him for it.
His name is Butleng Taing, 43, a Cambodian national in Long Beach on a green card. On his Form N-400, the citizenship application, he declared he "had never claimed to be a United States citizen in any way." He had. Under oath. The day he registered.
Two more Los Angeles County green card holders were indicted with him Wednesday, Sulema De Leon from Mexico and Rouzbeh Seyamaknejad from Canada. Same form. Same lie.
Los Angeles County's Registrar told a federal judge this month, in a sworn declaration, that it "is not equipped or authorized to verify voter citizenship" beyond what the voter attests. It takes your word for it.
Two governments asked them about citizenship. They gave each one a different answer, and both answers were under oath.

Dear Mr. Fake Daniel J. Sullivan senate candidate in Alaska, could you please explain why you filed your statement of organization for your fake senate campaign on July 14, 2026, but you started making campaign contributions to your campaign on May 30, 2026 before you even officially established your campaign? Oh, and another thing, why did you loan your campaign $10,000 on July 6, 2026 and on the exact same day, your campaign disbursed a $10,000 payment to Washington DC law firm Caplin & Drysdale? Who's going to contribute to your fake senate campaign to pay you back your $10,000 loan which just happens to be due on election day on November 3, 2026? Isn't that loan date of July 6th and the payment to Caplin & Drysdale on July 6th before you officially filed your campaign statement of organization on July 14th? @DataRepublican @labtechleigh @RNCResearch @DanSullivan_AK

EXCLUSIVE
When her father died in 2020, it was Ilhan Omar who provided the information for the death certificate. She claimed her father’s name was Nur Omar Mohamed. She also claimed that her paternal grandfather was named Omar Mohamed and that she didn’t know her paternal grandmother’s name.
Oddly, his gravestone only includes his first name. It reads, “Aabe [Father] Nur, Son of Awo Yusuf.” “Awo” is a female given name, so Awo Yusuf must have been his mother’s name. It’s strange that her name was considered so important that it was the only one included on the gravestone, yet Ilhan denied even knowing her name.
In any case, none of this explains why he was always called Nur Said Elmi by those who knew him, or why Ilhan’s full name is Ilhan Abdullahi Omar. According to Somali naming traditions, if her father’s name was Nur Omar Mohamed, she should be Ilhan Nur. Where does Abdullahi come from?
It’s incredible that we let people into our country without confirming their identities, much less grant them citizenship and a seat in Congress.

Anti-ICE protesters shut down the Brooklyn Bridge today, sitting in the road and chanting "NYPD, KKK, ICE, they're all the same" while traffic backed up for miles. About 30 of them blocked every entrance on the Manhattan side, and police took about 13 into custody. Working people trying to get to their jobs got stuck in it so these activists could make a scene.
And who were they demanding be released? Oscar Belgal, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic. According to the criminal complaint, in 2023 he pointed a gun at two people in his car and said "give me your jewelry or I will shoot you." He pleaded down to a lesser larceny charge and got one month in jail and probation. Then in August 2025 he was arrested again for allegedly selling fentanyl, cocaine and heroin, and that case is still open. New York ignored ICE's request to hand him over. When ICE finally went after him this month, officials say he drove his SUV into two agents, with his 5 year old son in the back seat, and an agent shot him.
Mayor Mamdani called this man "a New Yorker."
Oscar Belgal is not a New Yorker, he is a dangerous illegal!
This is what sanctuary policies get you. A man with a gun robbery on his record gets turned loose again and again, and these protestors blocking the bridge are fighting for him instead of for the families he put in danger.

If someone asks you how much a single soldier's life is worth to the United States Air Force, show them a three-hundred-million-dollar C-17 cargo jet flying across continents with only one hospital bed bolted to the floor.
In 2010, a young American soldier wounded in Afghanistan suffered catastrophic lung failure.
Even with a combat ventilator turned to one hundred percent oxygen, his damaged lungs could no longer pass oxygen into his bloodstream, and field doctors knew he had only hours to live.
A standard medical helicopter cannot run an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation machine, which pumps a patient's entire blood supply outside the body through an artificial lung and requires heavy electrical power and pressurized cabin stability at thirty thousand feet.
Refusing to let one soldier die, U.S. Air Force critical care specialists from the 59th Medical Wing and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center flew directly into the war zone with a portable heart-lung bypass system.
They cleared the cavernous cargo bay of a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III built to haul a seventy-ton battle tank and strapped the soldier's bed dead center on the steel deck.
For three thousand miles from Afghanistan to Germany, five military doctors and nurses stood around that single bed in the roaring cargo hold, monitoring every drop of his blood until he survived.
No nation on Earth fights harder for a single human heartbeat than the United States military.
