He's back with Robert Saleh, who he's spent 8-of-10 seasons with.

I know this video is long but my heart breaks for Rondale and his loved ones. We’re losing too many people to suicide. We have to change the stigma and redefine strength. Be kind. Check on your people. Get help. Stay here. ❤️

Solomon Thomas, Osa Odighizuwa, Donovan Ezeiruaku, Perrion Winfrey, James Houston, Payton Turner, Jay Toia, Earnest Brown, Dayo Odeleye and Isaiah Land all lent a helping hand.
Just hours after an emotional team meeting, Solomon Thomas and some of his #Cowboys teammates went to Metrocrest Services, a non-profit social services organization, to pack food for the homeless and those in need in partnership with Thomas’ foundation, The Defensive Line.
“I even told [my teammates], 'Hey, I understand if you don't want to come,' and all of them wanted to come. So the fact that they all wanted to come and just be around each other, I think that's all we wanted. We just wanted to be around each other because we're all hurting, we feel the absence and so we just want to be there to love on each other."
