A person's dignity does not depend on them being a citizen, a migrant, or a refugee. Saving the life of someone fleeing war and poverty is an act of humanity. #WithRefugees @M_RSection

Very concerned about last night's fire at the Edson mosque. Canadians stand together with the community against this brazen act. Everyone in Canada has the right to practice their faith without fear. cbc.ca/news/canada/edmonton/…

These jerks called my 22yo daughter a “dumb bitch” after she called them out for cutting her off as she cycled along College St Thurs eve. One of them punched her. License plates flipped up, not much police can do to find them. #VisionZero #BikeTO #TOpoli

Just for general Twitter awareness. This is one of the best articles I've seen that summarizes and reviews Twitter bots and how to recognize them and how to understand what they do and how they do it. Definitely worth reading and being aware of. medium.com/dfrlab/botspot-tw…

I've spent a lot of my work life thinking about what kinds of systems self-correct for ethics and real quality, and which kinds reward something less. I think we've hit on a model at ELi that is pretty good. I explain here eastlansinginfo.org/content/…
