Dr Talya Salz presenting early results from the @WF_NCORP_RB WF-1805CD HN-STAR, a RCT of a tailored ePRO tool that communicates patient-reported side effect burden to providers along with paired mgmt recommendations during #survivorship care for patients with #hncsm
Patients seen in visits augmented by the HN-STAR tool had significantly ⬆️ # of burdensome quality of life concerns AND ⬆️ proportion of concerns discussed at their visit
In pts with #hncsm, HN-STAR helps tailor #survivorship care--more data to come!
