Two days after John O’Keefe’s death, even though he wasn’t involved in the investigation, he issued a statement indicating Karen Read was the one responsible for killing him.
Who told him to issue this statement?

Krusty actually attempted to debunk TB’s allegation that she lost two of her kids to CPS, by explaining she actually lost two of her kids to CPS. But only with a bunch of boring words in between the TB story, and what the story alleged as the truth. It was a fascinating journey to the depths of self loathing and ego tripping.
There is zero cleavage between the old Krusty and new Krusty.

1. Calling someone a murderer is defamatory per se. Damages are presumed.
2. Her Anti-SLAPP argument already failed in the lower courts. Falsely calling someone a murderer is not protected speech. I'll bet you $100 right now that the denial is upheld by the SJC.
3. Shes in her 40s, plenty of time to garnish her earnings. ~40 more years minimum unless her rampant alcoholism takes her early.

5. Most people who saw A Body In The Snow did not walk away finding Karen Read sympathetic. Just wait until a global audience is exposed to the truth about it. You won't have to wait long.

Okay, let’s have a truce.
I’ll agree that if Karen hit him and left him injured on the snow, that could be 2nd degree murder.
Only if you (antis) agree that if Jen knew he was in the snow and injured (regardless how that happened), and googled the 2:27 search, that Jen is guilty of 1st degree murder.
Because in the first hypothetical, we still don’t know if Karen would have known JO had life threatening injuries.
In the second hypo, we know for a fact Jen McCabe did.
This is what the antis will never talk about, nor accept. Which 1000% debunks their entire argument.
Another fact that makes them look stupid and that they’ll never acknowledge what the “data” from tech stream really means- what it’s really measuring. Their entire theory relies on one single proposition*, which is that the Lexus was moving twenty-something mph. But tech stream doesn’t use GPS to measure speed, which is the only way to know how fast the car was truly moving (short of other test methods). Tech stream uses the rotation of the wheel through the ABS system, then it has to assume the tires aren’t spinning on a slippery road with snow or ice on it, then uses a math calculation to predict the speed of the car. Nobody proved the Lexus never lost traction anywhere. And this was in the worst “nor’ eastern” snow storm of the year? Yeah, Foreskins, you loose even more credibility on this point, than the first hypothetical I explained above.
*By entire theory, I’m using Tuesday Gazette’s own method to explain why this is so central to their argument. She describes the entire event that night as being like a puzzle with hundreds of pieces. She’s right. But for this puzzle, one piece can turn what’s supposed to be a perfectly formed puzzle, into only an illusion. The fact we’ll never know how fast she was truly moving voids every other fever dream piece to the imaginary puzzle in Tuesday’s empty head.

But you don’t have to have that. You only need (in this case) about three gov officials, including LE.

Important distinction the Karen Read haters have been misrepresenting for years.
Google geofence data is not the same as triangulation data (CSLI).
In this case, the McAlberts are only perpetuating misinformation, not disinformation. This is because they are too dumb to understand how this works. Therefore, no mens rea.
I see we have some new misinformation to correct. The reason why a geofence warrant to Google from September 2025 doesn't return any results is because Google stopped retaining GPS data on its servers in July of 2025. Location services data is now stored only on the device and end-to-end encrypted cloud backups, not on Google's own servers.
So, as of July 2025, no geofence warrant will return any results. SCOTUS acknowledged this in a footnote in Chatrie.
This also tells us nothing about whether there is location data that can be recovered from the phone itself - the defense's discovery status report in this case indicates there is - nor does it tell us about the availability of CSLI data from cell providers, which the defense tells us there are over 25,000 locations provided in discovery.
