🇮🇳's statement by Military Advisor Colonel Tarunendra Pratap Singh during annual debate on Comprehensive review of the whole question of peacekeeping operations in all their aspects. Key points:
➡️ Paid homage to fallen peacekeepers. 🇮🇳 has deployed over 300,000 troops across 50 missions, and 184 Indian peacekeepers have made the supreme sacrifice.
➡️ Peacekeeping remains irreplaceable because of the restraint it embodies: impartiality, consent and use of force only in self-defence and defence of the mandate.
➡️ Missions succeed when backed by a political process, a clear political outcome and commensurate resources.
➡️ Called for institutionalised T/PCCs consultation before mandates are adopted or reviewed.
➡️ Those who attack peacekeepers must be held accountable, as reflected in 🇮🇳's leadership on UNSC Resolution 2589.
➡️ Rationalisation is essential: missions without an operational rationale drain resources and undermine credibility.
➡️ Urged faster infusion of technology and renewable energy.
➡️ Women peacekeepers, deployed by 🇮🇳 since 1960, remain central to mandate delivery.
➡️ Peacekeeping is a priority of 🇮🇳's candidature for the UNSC 2028–29.

Defence Officials gave detailed answered related to Agnipath Scheme.
Q1. Are all Agniveers going to be absorbed after six years?
Ans: Yes, all Agniveers will now be absorbed in the regular cadre. The first 25% will be absorbed after the first engagement period of four years, and all of the balance 75% will be absorbed (without any limit) after the second engagement period. The key criteria are that the Agniveer must be willing, physically fit and disciplined.
Q2. What happens to the seniority of the 75% Agniveers who are not permanently absorbed after four years?
Ans: Their seniority is protected. On becoming regulars, they will be placed immediately after their own batchmates who joined the regular cadre after four years. They will therefore not become junior to any subsequent batch.
Q3. Has the scheme been rolled back?
Ans: The scheme has not been rolled back. Only another engagement period of two years has been introduced, which creates a pathway for all Agniveers to be absorbed as regular soldiers after this engagement period.
it's a win/win thing as mentioned in last part of video 🫡
Gandhinagar, Gujarat: On the extension of the Agniveer service period from four to six years, Air Vice Marshal Gurjot Singh Bhullar says, "...In the second engagement, which is for two years, there is no cap specifying that only 25% will be retained. To put it very simply: if 100 people join the organization and initially only 25 are retained, the remaining 75 can opt for a two-year extension. During this two-year extension, if all 75 meet the minimum performance criteria, they will all be permanently absorbed into the regular cadre—meaning they will join the regular force..."

Hitting runways and sheds after an utter embarrassment the likes of which the world has not seen is not a flex. You guys lost strategic assets that are irreplaceable; damage to runways is fixed within 24 hours. Know the difference between damage and destruction.
In what environment is he being raised?? 🤯
I had only heard about such cruelty toward children, never imagined witnessing it. My naani used to say that children, thieves, and snakes know no mercy, but nothing could have prepared me for this. A six-year-old girl was brutally harmed by an eight-year-old at a school in Panchkula, Haryana. She is in critical condition. My heart sank—this is heartbreaking, and it makes me wonder how humanity can fall so low.

Lmao what even, bro wants to occupy land and thinks cultural similarities dont matter
This is very obv, Pak was created for this very reason. A proxy to maintain regional leverage.
Ukraine is a live example, how adversaries can be crippled without ever entering the ring.
Lessons are everywhere.
Another 1971 will fix this once and for all. Let the forge heat!
U.S. intelligence agencies have long acknowledged that U.S.-supplied F-16 fighter jets form part of Pakistan’s strategic nuclear arsenal. Pakistan is believed to have adapted some of its F-16s to carry miniaturized nuclear warheads. Yet at a time when the Trump administration is waging war on Iran supposedly to prevent it from acquiring a nuclear bomb, Washington is simultaneously modernizing and upgrading Pakistan’s F-16 fleet, which is primarily directed at India.
Under a $686-million upgrade package for Pakistan’s F-16 fleet, the U.S. is modernizing the jets’ avionics, operational flight program software, electronic-warfare systems and cryptographic hardware, while installing tactical data-link systems to enable real-time, jam-resistant communications across air and ground assets and enhance network-centric capabilities. The upgrades would extend the jets’ operational life through 2040.
The contradiction is hard to miss: Washington is waging war over Iran’s hypothetical nuclear bomb while effectively giving Pakistan a free pass as it expands and modernizes its nuclear arsenal. For more than 22 years, Pakistan has retained its designation as America’s Major Non-NATO Ally (MNNA).

IAF's concerns are not trivial.
If they were- MoD would have overruled them a long time ago. Most certainly the PMO, which heralded the pathbreaking reform by creating the office of CDS and Dept Of Military affairs (DMA).
We see a surge of Naval veterans rushing in to criticize what the CAS said recently.
Brothers in OG join in enthusiastically.
They make it out a case of Navy and Army agreeing but IAF playing a spoil sport.
Lets consider some facts:
1. If India was to to go to full fledged war with either China or Pakistan or both simultaneously- all the IAF Sqns including all the enablers (AWACS, AEWC, Refuelers, EW support) would be involved. There is no question of distribution of assets- it would be all in.
Also, the IAF assts could be re/deployed amongst theaters in matter of hours.
Whereas in case of IA and IN, it is unlikely that the entire force could even be mobilized in that time. It is also unlikely that all the key strike elements will be engaged in all the scenarios.
2. Whether the war is over land or sea, IAF would be involved in enabling IA and IN. Whereas, the IN can do very little to support IA in case of purely land centric conflict and vice versa. It makes eminent sense for the two services to agree to theaterization. There is no conflict over resources and area of ops. They get to keep what they have, and fight how they do now. There is no challenge of coordination or resource sharing with the other service.
3. IAF stands out as rare dissenter as the issue of resource sharing and method of resource sharing is critical to how IAF would fight.
4. Let there be theaters, with nominated TC. There is no need for them to be overlapping. Army can lead the land theaters, 2 or 3, which can be geographically earmarked. Navy can have maritime theater, extending from our shoreline, the outer limits determined by our national resources and our strategic ambition. As such there is very little overlap between the two (land and sea).
Let there be only one theater iro employment of air power- entire Indian territory. Air defence, air space management and conduct of air offensive/defensive operations be controlled by this theater
5. Each war/conflict would have directives issued by the political leadership. COSC led by CDS would convert those to military directives. Thereafter the force application must be synergized under a join fire plan created by a joint staff. COSC would nominate the lead TC. The resources required for the campaign would be assigned by the joint force HQ.
As per the proposal sent by Gen Chauhan to the MoD, which carries consent of all including IAF- creation of a joint force HQs responsible for resource allocation and joint war planning, is proposed.
6. The assumption that Air HQs want to control air assets, to the detriment of joint effort is not true. Joint effort would be synergised at the Joint HQs, under the guidance of COSC. Joint fire plan would be created by the joint staff. Nominated TC would be assigned the resources required.
This plan looks different from the clean organogram created by US and China model; however, it is more reflective of our requirements, challenges and more importantly resources.
Maybe another conflict loading once ukraine get sorted.
But for what?
I believe cuba is USEFUL enemy, finishing it off only brings unnecessary burden for US.
However, after Venezuela this potential Russia/china stronghold can be neutralized through controlled suffocation.

Even the soldiers on front lines who opened artillery fire on Pakistan exactly at 1:05 AM, got to know about it at 12:40 AM, just 25 minutes prior to attack
& the officers were told about it on 6 May around 5:30 PM, just about 7 hours before the attack
This was the level of secrecy during OP Sindoor 😭
