It was an honour and a privilege to be on the staff this week for GB at the U18 Women’s World Cup held in Sao Paulo. The players were amazing to work with, all so grateful and proud to be there and they got better every game. @WBSC #softball

Sadly this is the case in many sports despite the people trying to make a difference. Even the comments on the post show the difficult world coaches have to navigate through if you don’t fit the criteria of “middle aged white male”
