If some opposition leaders have a problem with President Nelson Chamisa, they must deal with him without trying to tarnish the opposition in general. It is not correct that in 2018 and 2023 the opposition was funded by ZANU PF Senator Kudakwashe Tagwirei. Seventy percent of the funding for the opposition always comes from the sacrifices of ordinary members who use their money to fund and participate in campaigns at a local level — 50,000 election agent volunteers who forgo payment to safeguard our ballots and feed themselves. Twenty percent comes from candidates who fund their own campaigns, from posters to rallies. And 10% comes from brave Zimbabweans locally and in the diaspora.
The first 13m3 biogas is now almost complete with our pig waste we want to generate enough clean energy to go off the zesa grip

ZIMBABWE’S CSC MORE THAN DOUBLES DAILY CATTLE SLAUGHTER FROM 50 TO 120.
Zimbabwe’s Cold Storage Company (CSC) has increased daily cattle slaughter from around 50 to 120 following funding from the Mutapa Investment Fund and refurbishment of its Bulawayo facilities.
CSC Engineering Manager Wellington Gwanyanya confirmed that refrigeration facilities now have capacity to store 320 carcasses per day, while actual slaughter currently stands at 120 cattle per day.
The company is working to restore beef exports and strengthen market access for communal farmers.
Government has now intervened hopefully a solution will be found soon
Econet is not taking seriously the issue of people who are losing their WhatsApp numbers. Yesterday, before lunch, after my meeting and not having used my phone for an hour, I opened my WhatsApp and discovered that it had been hacked. I never gave my OTP, never clicked any link, and never responded to any message. I had secured my WhatsApp account by selecting the login and security settings on my WhatsApp profile, and enabled WhatsApp Passkeys, as well as activating two-step authentication (or verification). Very soon people will organize themselves and sue them. Potraz, as the regulator, must also step in and protect the public. The hacking is only happening to Econet numbers why? @begottensun @Potraz_zw @TateMavetera @econet_support

One of the cows I bought at the auction intending to pen feed them for 90 days before slaughtering gave birth yesterday after 45 days. Remember I bought 6 cows for $500 each and 4 were pregnant
When doing cattle fattening, you need a lot of chicken litter, so I always keep broilers to help produce it. I just finished with the vet. Remember the cattle I bought for pen fattening? Among them were 6 cows that an experienced farmer encouraged me to buy because they had big frames and only needed to be pen-fed for 45 days. They weighed an average of 300kg, and I paid about $500 for each.
So far, they have added about 65kg. If I slaughter one now, I will get about 210kg of meat, which I will sell for $5 per kg and get $1050. If I add the offals, head, and mazondo, that's another $100, bringing it to $1150. The $50 will remain at the abattoir, so I will have $1100. If you have a butcher, you can sell for even up to $7 or $8 per kg, depending on the grade.
But now, after the vet visited, 4 of the 6 cows are pregnant. That's good news for another farmer but bad for me, because pen fattening is more profitable than waiting for a year uchikama mukaka, only to end up with another mombe worth $500. I hope you get the maths.
Because of the increase in our pig project, we are now building 2 x 13m³ biogas digesters to generate enough energy for heating our piggery and our chicken fowl runs. We have also ordered a 50KW biogas generator to power our household in the village.
Thank you for clarifying this during last year budget debate the MPs reluctantly agreed to an extension after extensive debate and this year we were going to fight to block any extension
NO MORE EXTENSIONS ON LITHIUM BENEFICIATION
Zimbabwe's lithium producers have had ample time to prepare for the January 2027 beneficiation deadline. There is no justification for further extensions. For too long, some companies treated Government Policy as optional, only springing into action once they realised the State was serious about enforcement.
Beneficiation is not a suggestion; it is the bridge between raw extraction and real industrial development. Every delay postpones job creation, suppresses value addition, and denies Zimbabweans the full worth of their mineral wealth.
The message is clear: honour the deadline, invest in local processing, and help build the industrial economy #Vision2030 demands.

Death does not discriminate according to political allegiance. Wicknell Chivayo undoubtedly divided opinion for many reasons, but if you find yourself celebrating his death, it reveals just how broken our society has become.
Let us have the discipline to hold one another accountable while still retaining our humanity. Using someone’s death to score political points is not only childish—it is cruel.
Families and friends have been plunged into deep mourning, and the very least we can do is show them respect, compassion and basic human decency.
In demanding change, let us not become the very people we claim to be fighting against. Our conduct should reflect the values we want to see in a better Zimbabwe.
If we desire a more compassionate, just and humane society, then we must demonstrate those qualities—even towards people with whom we strongly disagreed.

Too many X farming Experts in Zim discouraging and gate keeping for big companies. Panokanya ma face edu e opposition they are good at donating people and ZANU PF end up taking advantage. Politics is about numbers but I believe the majority of the toxic accounts that insult, label and condemn people that support the opposition are infact agents of ZANU and the trick is working for ZANU PF. Thomas Mapfumo is a musician who has fought oppression on the side of the toiling masses from pre independence to post independence he has been in exile for most of his adult life. Now that he has been offered a Gig which will earn him $1Million makumutuka! I used to fight with my senior leaders in the National Standing Committee during our MDC and CCC days discouraging them from Representing ZANU affiliated businesses but they will always cite the Cab Rank Rule so zvasiyanei nekuti Ndezve basa ?
