Imagine spending ten years building a company from nothing.
The sleepless nights, the failed deals, the months when you weren’t sure you’d make payroll. You put everything into it, and eventually, things start working.
You hire a team. You land bigger clients. Revenue grows. For the first time, you can actually enjoy what you’ve built.
Then, little by little, something starts feeling off.
Your expenses are creeping up, but you can’t explain why. A supplier seems to be charging more than agreed. You find invoices for services you thought had been cancelled. One payment appears twice. Then another.
At first, you assume it’s just the usual mess that comes with running a growing business.
But what if someone has been quietly taking money from your company?
You decide to investigate. The problem is that the answers could be buried in years of invoices, contracts, expense reports and scanned PDFs. Thousands of documents, spread across folders and systems. Your team simply can’t review everything by hand.
So the investigation goes nowhere. And you might never find out what actually happened.
Now imagine being able to give an AI agent access to that entire archive. It could compare invoices against contracts, trace suspicious charges and flag inconsistencies you might otherwise miss.
But before an agent can investigate any of that, it needs to read the documents properly.
That’s where Reducto comes in. Its new r-1 mini brings document parsing down to $1 per 1,000 pages at the base price.
Sometimes, the information you need to protect everything you’ve built is already there. You just haven’t been able to get to it.
Models are becoming smarter, faster, and cheaper, but the OCR industry hasn’t kept up.
We’re launching r-1 mini: the first model to offer truly premium parsing without the premium pricing. At $1/1000 pages, r-1 mini beats options that cost up to 25x as much.

THE MOST VALUABLE DATASET IN THE WORLD ISN'T ON THE INTERNET
it's in a workshop somewhere.
it's the guy who knows a part is about to fail by the sound it makes.
the one who fits a component in three seconds that takes everyone else ten minutes.
the one who can't explain how he knows. he just knows.
a robot can read all of human text and still not do any of it.
Machine Age just opened a marketplace for exactly this:
→ skilled businesses register the work they do
→ robotics teams bring what they need robots to learn
the knowledge was always there. now there's a door to it.
Introducing @MachineAgeAi
Robots need to learn from people who know the work.
We’ve been working with robotics companies in stealth, building a network of skilled businesses across the UK, US and China.
Now we’re opening it up.
Our marketplace connects those businesses with robotics teams looking for real-world training data.

The agent finally gets the cookies. Mission accomplished. But there's still one thing to do: make sure the product looks just as good in the final shot as it does in the original product image.
For a product-focused campaign, those details matter. I can use CapCut PC's Multi-Track Editing to keep the close-ups, main footage, and text separate. Then I can adjust the shot duration, transitions, and music to give the final product reveal enough space.
It's not just about putting clips together. It's about making the product presentation feel complete.

me explaining the same mistake to my AI agent for the 47th time
The intelligence frontier keeps advancing every day. Are your agents delivering better outcomes on what matters?
For enterprises, the promise of agents is more work completed reliably, with less human intervention and a lower cost per successful task.
Today, we’re launching @neosigma_ai and our mission to empower every organization to build their own sovereign intelligence lab.
A place to operationalize their knowledge, replay real work, and optimize agents against the outcomes that matter to their business. Where production experience compounds into intelligence the organization owns.
We’re starting with NeoEval, our automated evaluation engine. It turns your production data into evaluation environments - that dynamically evolves along with your users, workflows, and frontier.
A playground for evaluating and optimizing your agents.
Your data. Your institutional knowledge. Now operationalized into evals and compounding intelligence.
Stay tuned for the next few days of updates from NeoSigma.
I’M GOING TO WIN $200 IN JUST ONE NIGHT WITH THIS GAME.
The plan? Get a group of friends together, organize a Mental Kombat tournament and prove I’m the best AI coach ever.
Here’s how the game works:
1. Write a strategy telling your AI fighter how to fight.
2. Send your opponent’s AI a fake fight report designed to trick it into making the wrong move.
3. Let the AIs fight automatically and watch whose strategy and deception come out on top.
NO button-mashing, NO insane reflexes, NO memorizing combos. Just your brain against everyone else’s.
This game is ridiculously good. I’m absolutely getting my friends hooked on it.
I've built jevfight.com - fighting game where both players are controlled by Jev models! 🥊
Tell me your fighter name and I will attack you!
We’ve had AI chatbots, AI voice assistants and AI video generators.
Now imagine an AI character you can actually talk to face to face, in real time.
Atmee v2 lets developers create these avatars from a single image and 10 seconds of audio.
After Google acquired my AR startup, I started thinking about the next interface, this time for AI. Text and voice work fine, just like DOS did before the Mac. But nothing’s more intuitive than face to face.
After two years of research, today we’re launching Atmee v2: a real-time avatar model that makes live video agents feel truly life-like.
• Any character from 1 image + 10s of audio
• Contextual expressions, gestures, even interacting with the environment
• Live video calls, voice only, or video generation
At its core, Atmee v2 is a video foundation model, it can render anything, but it’s built to excel at characters, which is what video models like Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0 are mostly used for. In comparison:
Atmee v2
• Up to 50x faster
• 10-100x cheaper
Build tutors, sales coaches, support agents, companions, game characters, even whole living worlds. The interface after text and voice starts today.

Nobody gets into design or creative work because they love chasing invoices and fixing messy client briefs.
But somehow that ends up taking half the week.

WAIT... A BIOLOGY BENCHMARK GRADED BY A REAL WET LAB?!
@celltypeinc just dropped BioSimBench.
Models get a drug and a cell line they've never seen, then have to call which genes go up and which go down.
No multiple choice, no essays..
.. and yes!! a 27B model beat every frontier model on it 👀
Can LLMs simulate biology?
We tested frontier models on real lab experiments: predict how cells respond to drugs, gene knockdowns, and immune signals. Even the best get only part of the response right. Lots of room to improve.
Introducing BioSimBench, built on @NVIDIAAI. 🧵

A product photo is just the starting point. The real challenge is turning all those different scenes into content that works across platforms.
Maybe you've finished the main billboard-style ad, but now you need a shorter cut for one platform and a different aspect ratio for another. Exporting every version separately can get repetitive fast.
I'd use CapCut PC's batch export workflow to prepare multiple versions more efficiently, so I can spend less time repeating the same delivery steps and more time getting the creative right.
If you want to try that kind of workflow, here's the link: tinyurl.com/2v23rn22

Creative people deserve to spend more time creating.
Not digging through inboxes, rebuilding client briefs, tracking tasks across five apps or figuring out how to charge for “one last thing”.
MonoDesk takes care of the admin side of client work in one place. You focus on the creative work. It handles the rest.

A product photo is easy to get. Turning it into an ad people actually want to watch? That's another story.
For this Black Friday concept, I wanted something more interesting than a standard product showcase. Marketing Skills in CapCut PC Video Studio offer ready-made marketing workflows across different industries, helping you get from a product idea to a more structured campaign concept without building everything from scratch.
A little creative direction can make a simple product image go much further.

In this interview, Dwarkesh asked Ilya about his "great research taste." How is it that whatever he researches leads to breakthroughs in AI?
"What guides me is an aesthetic of how AI should be by thinking about how people are."
It's a very top-down approach.
We kind of know what intelligence looks like. There's a bunch of neurons in the brain, all energized and interconnected; it thus makes sense to try building a neural network. "It feels right." Then you want a local rule capable of changing connections between neurons. The brain seems to operate that way, so you want to emulate that.
He started from a picture of how intelligence might be and worked backwards. Experiments and research are designed to align with that picture.
That’s the difference between holding a truth and following a proxy.
Something similar happened with Einstein. He never fully bought into quantum mechanics because of its probabilistic element. "God doesn't play dice." Same top-down approach.
If Ilya didn’t hold the truth, he might’ve chased benchmark scores like much of the field does. That’s how you end up with models that ace tests and still fail at basic tasks.
A baker who knows bread knows what changes when the wheat is grown in winter or when the dough is kneaded by hand. Give him different ingredients and he’ll still make good bread. When someone only has the recipe and no understanding, they can't produce when inputs change.
What makes transferring the truth so difficult is that it can’t be fully put into words. Buffett can’t explain the thousands of calculations running through his head when he looks at a business. Federer couldn’t tell you why he swung the way he did. Truth has to be earned.
To try to transfer it, we use proxies because proxies can be written down and you can measure against those. Issues this brings:
- Each handoff loses some of the truth.
- Proxies only work for someone who already holds some of the truth.
After a few generations, no one knows what they’re looking for.
Easiest example is education. It started by trying to teach people about the world and how to function within it. The grading system was introduced to try to capture whether students were learning. Over time, grading-focused administrations took over, and now nobody cares about learning.
In your life, there are areas where you think by proxy and others by truth.
Personally, when trying to hire good engineers, I look for people who have come out of IIT Delhi or MIT. I have to use some proxy because I'm not an engineer. When I look for writers, I can just look at their work; doesn't matter their age, education, or culture.
Companies start with a founder who holds the truth. As they grow, they establish processes to scale this truth. Eventually, processes and proxies become the thing. That's when a business's culture spreads too thin, leading to what Bezos called Day 2.
Almost all of society’s problems stem from people forgetting the truth and mistaking the proxy for it.
(Video is clipped from @dwarkesh_sp podcast.)
Here's a product ad idea I'd actually try for Black Friday.
Start with a giant billboard featuring your product. Have someone walk into the scene and reach out to interact with it. Then cut to a close-up of the actual product being worn or used.
One thing I'd pay attention to when editing this is shot duration. Sometimes the best moment is over before the music or the next scene has time to land.
That's where CapCut PC's AI Extend can help. If a key shot needs more room, I can extend the footage instead of forcing a rushed cut.
A little more breathing room can make the whole product reveal feel much better.
Here's the workflow: tinyurl.com/2v23rn22

What if you had something looking out for you when you couldn’t ask for help?
That’s the idea behind eNO badge. It’s a small device you clip onto your clothes that uses AI to spot potential danger, record what’s going on and send an alert to emergency services without you having to do anything.
Whether you’re walking home alone, travelling or out with friends, having that extra bit of protection could make a big difference.
Love seeing technology being used to tackle a real-world problem.
Orders are open for 72 hours at enobadge.com.
finally an AI launch i'd send to my mum
