That's not at all what Steven Dennis said. This is not breaking (7 Democrats have been open to it since May), and this is not an announcement. This clip is run-of-the-mill ongoing commentary posted with a completely unrelated caption, there's no breaking story here.

More blatant misinformation from major crypto accounts. 'There are 7 to 10 Democrats who sound like they ultimately want to pass a bill'. This has been known to the public since May. This is not an announcement, and it's not breaking. What, I wonder, motivated the deception?
