samsung.servify.tech tries to assign me to service centers 50kms away that have no stock for the part I need. All this when my local service center has parts and refuses to repair.

The website keeps forcing me to go to Wireless world 20 km away (1st photo attached) when I have a service center in my pin code(2nd photo attached). My mistake was purchasing Samsung Care+
