customer issue needs you, and nothing important moves until
you approve it, you may feel important.
But you've also become the bottleneck.
As the business grows, your personal capacity doesn't
automatically grow with it.

Think about this.
You spend money trying to reach people who don't know you.
Meanwhile, there are people who have already bought from you,
experienced your work and trusted you with their money.
THE BEST CUSTOMER JOURNEYS DON'T ALWAYS END WITH A SALE.
A stranger discovers your business.
They engage.
And if the trust becomes strong enough, they may recommend you.
That's how marketing becomes more than constantly chasing
strangers.
