Attended @rahulbhadoriiya’s session at Back2School by @aiweekendsxyz today. He is an absolute inspiration 🙌✨
One takeaway: Vitamins vs Painkillers -> build things people want vs things they actually need rn!
So here’s my shot at my painkiller I am cooking for Back To School C1 👇
🧇 WaffleAI : an infra management + observability agent for vibe coders that automatically monitors, optimizes & manages infra based on their budget.
Less DevOps. Less cloud-cost anxiety. More building.
Painkiller or vitamin? What do you think? Comment down 🫵
building fast is easy.
knowing what to build, what to cut, and why someone would pay for it is the hard part.
tonight, @rahulbhadoriiya joins Back to School for a session on product thinking.
founder of @dacoitdesign, @matwidget and shipwithrahul.
see you all tonight!

We may not have won, but we accidentally built a production-grade Stellar Anchor infrastructure instead of just a hackathon demo, lol.
Somewhere between multi-tenant provisioning, isolated databases, automated deployments, white-label infrastructure, CI/CD, shared KYC, documentation, and production-ready architecture, we missed shipping that one mainnet transaction.
Apparently one mainnet transaction is worth more than thousands of lines of infrastructure, haha.
That's on us. Regulatory constraints meant we couldn't get our full mainnet flow live in time, but this journey taught me far more than I expected about distributed systems, infrastructure, Docker, Traefik, Terraform, AWS, networking, and what it really takes to build production-grade financial infrastructure.
Huge thanks to the @StellarOrg and @riseinweb3 team for this amazing 3 weeks long Builder Garage, for the opportunity to build on Stellar for the first time, and for the Honorable Mention. We're just getting started.
Honorable mention - Nordstern (@NordsternIN)
"Stripe for Stellar anchors" spin up a fully managed, white-labelled anchor (SEP-1/10/12/24 fiat on/off-ramp) in one click. Infra that makes launching an anchor trivial: nordstern.live
