Not sure we will make it to $740 but this signal played out. Seeing OI start to stack at 750 on $SPY and $685 on $QQQ. I’m scaling into long term longs on $QQQ when we hit $690.
Largest charm anchor on $SPY is $740 for 10/23. Expect mechanical selling into the $735-740 range this week. Not time to get too bullish yet.
Life in the ER:
10am - arrive to full waiting room
10:05 - first patient yells at me (he's been waiting 2 hrs for toe pain)
10:30 - second patient yells at me (he's been waiting 2.5 hrs for toe pain)
11:00 - code blue on aortic dissection (patient dies, spend 30 minutes cleaning up and restocking code cart)
1:00 - third patient yells at me because the mailman stole his oxycodone
1:15 - try to sneak in some lunch but patient with stroke symptoms checks in
3:00 - do med rec on demented patient (call 4 family members and 3 pharmacies)
4:00 - Recommend antibiotics for the nurse who just got bit by the demented patient
4:30 - try to sneak in some lunch but patient with septic shock checks in (spend next hour titrating drips until patient gets admitted)
5:30 - another med rec (this patient puts all of his pills in a fishbowl, he takes a handful from the fishbowl each morning)
7:00 - try to sneak in some lunch but patient with alcoholic DTs checks in (spend next hour titrating drips)
9:00 - chart
10:00p - grab full lunch container from fridge and go home (watch a video of a Microsoft worker in my car before driving off of a bridge)
$UBER - dipping today, but lots of buyers positioned at $60-63. I'm scaling in today and will continue to buy down to $60. Current P/E is 14.1. Long term hold at this valuation.
Anyone remember those Atlas Trading guys who started a Discord, gathered over a million followers, were the face of FinTwit for a while, and pump and dumped millions of dollars of stock? Whatever happened to them?

Moderna $MRNA. Wow 81K views! I have some thoughts on his post. I don't know Adam, but it appears he is a dermatologist. I am sure he is a great doctor, but his take has some serious flaws. I'll approach this from my perspective as a clinical pharmacist🧵
$MRNA with the single most hilarious possible outcome in this study. EFS HR 0.58. Down the the hundredth, EXACTLY what *NEO*-adjuvant treatment with pembro yielded against adjuvant pembro (the nerfed comparator $MRNA studied against) in SWOG S1801.
What does this mean in English? $MRNA’s drug is showing the exact same benefit versus adjuvant pembrolizumab as NEOadjuvant pembrolizumab did.
Even more simply? If you just give patients a few doses of the pembrolizumab BEFORE you cut their cancer out, you do what $MRNA does for you, except with just the free tumor that’s already inside your body. No need to pay for this $400K drug.
And this makes rational sense, right? The whole point of $MRNA’s vaccine is to produce stuff that looks like the tumor.
You know what looks A LOT like the tumor does? THE FREAKING TUMOR!!!!!!
Absolutely poetic that $MRNA produced the EXACT HR benefit as neoadjuvant pembro did. Truly, the most hilarious possible outcome.
Now can we move on from this bullshit? $MRK and $MRNA should feel free to study their vaccine against the REAL standard of care now - NEOadjuvant immunotherapy.
From my perspective, this has been total fugaze, and an amateurish pump and dump worthy of much lesser enterprises.
5) His observation that trial design should evolve with the SOC is fair. Calling the entire program “fugazi” is misleading. This isn't his area of practice, and I wouldn't ask a dermatologist how to employ an oncology protocol. Both strategies have evidence; they address related but non-identical problems in high-risk melanoma.
6) Like Adam, I look for opportunities for investment. I don't currently have a position in Moderna. If you want my investment take, I think the data is positive and the vaccine will have practical value in treatment protocols. I wouldn't short the company based on this info. I see nothing negative in the data. But for those looking for long-term investment, I unfortunately think Moderna's current valuation is overvalued. Melanoma is a limited treatment population, and I think investors are expecting successful expansion to other cancers. If they are correct, and this enters the lung cancer arena for instance, then those who are early will bank. For those on the sidelines, I see no practical edge. At the current stock price, $MRNA remains high risk, high reward.
