@CebuPacificAir You humiliated us, caused significant losses, and made us miss important appointments—all while constantly asking for more money to fix your mistakes. YOU canceled our flights 3 times with no refund, no hotel, and no help with transportation. You even sent us to an airport 3 hours away and still demanded more money. I booked two seats and was charged 3 times for baggage!!! ,I paid for preferred seats and didn’t even get them, yet you still charged us.. Darlene and Ghiesan at Naga airport were clueless about customer service, and you made us pay 3 times for extra weight. You're hands down the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with, and this treatment is beyond unacceptable. Respect matters—this won’t end until I get it. Money isn’t the issue, but your actions have crossed the line. This is just a fraction of what you've done, and I’m fully prepared to expose everything on social media. My first trip the Philippines was my worst trip ever because of YOU. @iamdobical
