At this point it feels like @MTNGhana only responds to complaints publicly just to look active.
Because how do you request my number, make it seem like help is coming, and then go completely silent while the issue still exists?
Days without internet. No accountability.
At this point, I can confidently say @MTNGhana never cares about their customers. It’s all about the money for them
It’s frustrating how network providers @MTNGhana can comfortably take our money but fail to provide the service they advertised.
Days without internet.
No proper feedback system.
No real communication.
Just “please exercise patience.”
Meanwhile, work is delayed, businesses are losing money and stress levels keep rising.
This is unacceptable, @MTNGhana
As someone who works online and depends heavily on internet access, this isn’t just an inconvenience anymor it’s affecting business, productivity, income and even my mental health.
We pay so much for data in Ghana only to suffer like we’re begging for basic service.
@MTNGhana
Wednesday till today, my internet has been off completely and every single time I call @MTNGhana I get the same robotic response:
“Your complaint has been forwarded to the technical team and the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours.”
It’s been DAYS!!!!
I’ve missed important business messages and internet calls because of this outage. Who pays for those losses?
It’s becoming increasingly frustrating dealing with network providers in this country. Customer service shouldn’t just be scripted responses with no actual action.
Hon. Sam Dzata George, we need these telecom companies to do better. Ghanaians deserve reliable service and accountability.
