The letter from Brian Ward to Sen. Ashley Moody (Oct 26, 2026) alleges a coordinated effort by FDA and federal judges to enable nonconsensual exposure of Americans to experimental drugs and biomedical research while blocking lawsuits.
It claims FDA rule 21 CFR 50.22 unlawfully allows covert experiments without consent or notice, including data collection and mass biomarker research with national-security risks via mRNA tech.
It further asserts 40 judges dismissed 16 related suits, nullifying due-process protections and federal bans on coerced investigational products.
Ward requests investigations, PREP Act changes, lawsuits to vacate the rule, and other actions.

Peter Navarro says one of his biggest regrets from COVID was watching 65 million hydroxychloroquine tablets sit unused after federal agencies turned against the drug.
He points to Fauci’s earlier support, long-standing use of hydroxychloroquine for other conditions, and prior NIH research on chloroquine against SARS coronaviruses.
Then the conversation goes somewhere even bigger: what federal health officials were already saying in 2019 about rapidly deploying new vaccine technology during a future outbreak.

When will housing costs get back to normal?
Possibly not until around 2031, per a new Redfin analysis.
If mortgage rates stay near today’s 7.5% and home prices stop rising, it could take about six years for housing costs to return to 2018 levels, when the typical buyer spent 30% of their income on the monthly payment.
But in about half of major metros, it could take 10 years or more, including New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit and Tampa, where prices are rising faster than incomes.

A patient tells their doctor, my arm started losing feeling two days after the vaccine, and now I’m losing feeling in my chest and I’m having trouble breathing. The doctor’s answer is that it couldn’t be the vaccine.
That’s the argument happening in exam rooms right now instead of the one that should be happening. Nobody is asking which vaccine, or when, or what we should be doing to help this person’s body recover. No doctor anywhere is working on how to stop a vaccine injury once it starts, how to keep something like transverse myelitis from spreading through the whole body and paralyzing someone.
There should be an entire field of science dedicated to treating adverse reactions as they unfold. Instead our doctors and scientists have spent decades looking away, and an entire group of people has been injured and had their lives destroyed in the dark. That’s not fair. It’s not right. It is not humane.

Ran a call that got me thinking. A man got intoxicated and was extremely abusive. A child was involved, thankfully not physically harmed but emotionally traumatized by the actions of his dad. The substance consumed that pushed people over the edge is legal. It’s advertised and ingested by millions and millions of people. It kills fathers, mom, daughters and sons in droves. I ask myself why do I not rail against booze as hard as I do the covid shots… the answer, booze is known to be unsafe. It’s known to kill, steal, and destroy. The covid shots are still being sold as a lie. The victims are being brushed under the rug and the ones too popular to go without a headline is consistently followed by “doctors are baffled” or “rare”.
So before I go to bed, after the last long shift, I would like to say a prayer:
Lord I know you have the ability to stop the evil in this world, and I know all things work to your greater plan. I await your judgment. For on that day, the enemy will find out true retribution. For your mercy is only matched by your wrath and that I appreciate as well.
