I paid $100K for a durable, well-made vehicle that needs me to drive it — and as a bonus, I didn’t join a cult of personality (sic) in the process.
If you pay $35k for a vehicle and it doesn’t drive itself you have failed the iq test and put your family at risk.

I’m not paying $35/mo to watch two @MapleLeafs games, @Sportsnet. I already pay for a sports package, meanwhile you’ve got the Jays on 5 channels instead of the Leafs–@NHLFlames game. You’re pushing people to grey market and sealing your fate in bloated broadcaster obsolescence.

BREAKING: Putin just lost another ally in Europe, and people are celebrating in the streets. Aleksandar Vucic, Serbia’s authoritarian leader and close ally of Trump and Putin, has officially conceded defeat in a historic snap parliamentary election. The student-led opposition movement has won, ending more than a decade of Vucic’s grip on power. Voter turnout reached nearly 70%, the highest since the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992.

Since many seem confused. Centre-right parties have governed BC for 52 of the past 74 years. The NDP? About 22. Whatever your political views stop acting like BC has historically been a left-wing stronghold. Perhaps get out of your bubble and talk to some other people. Because you know what it’s okay to have friends and families that share different political views from you. It’s strange that some of you don’t.

Matthew Perry made $1 million an episode on Friends and spent about $9 million trying to get sober. In his last month, a doctor charged him $57,000 for 20 vials of ketamine that sold for about $15 each. In the video below, a year before he died, he describes the night doctors gave him a 2% chance to live. "Five people had an ECMO machine that night, and the other four died, and I survived." On September 30, 2023, the doctor met Perry for the first time. That day he texted a colleague: "I wonder how much this moron will pay." Then: "Let's find out." Same day, he bought $795 worth of ketamine and supplies from another doctor. Perry's assistant paid him $4,500. Over the next 12 days: 20 vials, $57,000. One shot was given in the back seat of Perry's car in a parking lot. That's about $2,850 a vial. Roughly 190 times the going price. Then the assistant found a cheaper source. He was paid $150,000 a year to manage Perry's medical care. In 11 days he bought 51 vials from a dealer prosecutors called the "Ketamine Queen." On October 27, the doctor texted that he'd been "stocking up." The next day, the assistant gave Perry at least three shots. Perry was found dead. He was 54. Then came the sentences. The dealer: 15 years. The assistant: 41 months. The doctor who called him a moron: 30 months and a $5,600 fine. The doctor who supplied him: 8 months of home detention. Netflix releases a documentary about Perry's life on Tuesday. Wednesday marks three years since he died. The doctor made $57,000 and was fined $5,600. Was 30 months enough?

Imagine being a CEO of an US energy company and thinking that you work with close associates of the Trump family, only to find out that behind them is a sanctioned Russian company, really pulling the strings. This happened in Alaska. Polar Train LNG's CEO, Joel Riddle, stepped down after finding out that the Russian "Novatek" company, which is under US sanctions, has been involved in a $25 billion energy project in Alaska. The CEO thought that he was working with Gentry Beach, a close friend of Donald Trump Junior. Reportedly, that project was also discussed between Witkoff and Jared Kushner when they were with Putin. The White House admitted that the project was talked about "briefly". We are witnessing the greatest corruption scandal the USA has ever witnessed. It all leads to Trump, his family and the Russians, and apparently they were even ready to sell riches of Alaska to the Russians. The people in Alaska just need to look over to Russia, where the richest regions in terms of minerals and hydrocarbon resources have been stripped-mined, transferring all the wealth to Moscow and Saint Petersburg and leaving a scarred landscape in extreme poverty. That is the result of rampant corruption. We are starting to see more details why Trump and his friends are trying so strongly to bully Ukraine into surrender. This is most certainly only the tip of the iceberg.
