But to keep up this pace of decline in the illegal population, ICE needs to do sustained, nationwide, all-industy job-related enforcement, meaning some raids but also lots (LOTS) of payroll audits, to teach employers that the party is over.
The illegal immigrant population is collapsing. 🇺🇸 Down 2.3 MILLION+ since President Trump took office.

It’s time to pass an immigration moratorium, like @RepChipRoy’s PAUSE Act.
The amount of fraud in the immigration system is staggering. F-1 student visas. H-1B work visas. J-1 exchange visitor visas. K-1 fiancé visas. Marriage-based immigrant visas. B-2 birth tourism. Diversity Visa lottery. Special Immigrant Juvenile status. U visas for crime victims. All of these, and many more, are constantly being used fraudulently. It is time to stop immigration fraud, tighten control, and stop the open border grift!

🚨 OHIO JUST ENDED ITS NON-DOMICILE CDL PROGRAM. EVERY STATE SHOULD FOLLOW SUIT!! About 5,000 holders. Downgraded. But Ohio is still exposed. Other states are still sending drivers on non-domicile CDLs into Ohio. New York alone has 32,606 outstanding, and USDOT found over 53% of the records it sampled were issued in violation of federal law. No state should have to honor fraudulent, illegally issued commercial driver's licenses. Banning issuance isn't enough. REVOKE THEIR RECIPROCITY. BAN ALL NON-DOMICILE CDLS IN EVERY STATE REVOKE RECIPROCITY FOR ALL NON-DOMICILE CDLS Watch our commentary of the recent FOX Coverage with an Ohio legislator on what she found at an Ohio BMV recently. Currently, the Census counts illegal aliens and then uses that count to determine Americans’ representation in Congress. This shouldn’t be the case!

Why are law enforcement officers accommodating unqualified truck drivers with translators? This truck driver couldn't speak English, so the officer ran the entire inspection through a translator. That endangers the officer's life during the inspection and American lives on our highways. If a driver can't communicate with an officer at roadside, he can't safely operate an 80,000-lb truck. ATU's remedies: * No accommodations. No translators. * Put the driver out of service. * Impound the truck. * Revoke the driver's CDL. * Validate immigration status with ICE. * Arrest any driver without Lawful Status. * Audit the motor carrier. That's it.

“In Oregon, ICE needs judicial warrants.” False. ICE doesn’t need a judicial warrant to make an immigration arrest. They never have. Supremacy Clause. Doesn’t matter what laws Oregon & other states pass to try to put rules on ICE. They’ve all been slapped down by federal courts.
Before Trump was sworn in, I brought statewide and legislative leaders together to prepare for what was coming. I also required all state employees to train on our sanctuary law, so if a federal agent walks into a state office, they know their role. And in Oregon, ICE needs judicial warrants. Your governor should know that.

MDC partner Julio Rosas is currently on the ground in Paris covering week 2 of the "mostly peaceful protests" across France.
Blac bloc rioters attempted to advance on French police line in Paris but are quickly driven back by tear gas and flashbangs. Rioters responded with shooting fireworks at officers.

Ohio is terminating its entire Non-Domicile CDL program statewide, including the commercial driver’s licenses that have been issued to illegal alien truck drivers. I’m certain this decision was easy once the adults in the room realized that the special-interest groups who created these loopholes are guilty of treason for trading the safety of their communities and the national security of our nation for their own greed. Can anyone guess who the special interest groups are?

This PROVES that what ICE is doing is right and necessary for this country's survival. If a state has as many illegal aliens as is implied in the article, it is a FAILED state. The Dems will rile up their base to push back. The traitors to this nation will be out in force condemning ICE.

FACT CHECK @senatorhick Mr. Nalwamba is an illegal alien w/a removal order issued over 16 years ago. Your claims that he wasn’t given a phone call are FALSE as we can see him in the below image making 1 of 2 calls minutes before his release and evidenced by the fact that his...
This is 78-year-old Pastor Edward Nalwamba. He fled persecution in Uganda for his pro-democracy beliefs and has spent decades living and preaching in America. ICE detained him for 13 months. Today, ahead of his release, our staff visited the detention facility and asked GEO staff to let him call his caretakers and provide a wheelchair to get him to his ride home. He cannot walk. GEO staff assured us they would do both. They failed to deliver on either. No phone call. No wheelchair. No human decency. There is no excuse for this cruelty. None. While we are celebrating Pastor Nalwamba’s release, we will not stop holding those responsible for this accountable. (Photo courtesy of Joy Athanasiou, attorney for Pastor Edward Nalwamba)

HUGE INDEED! Massive victory for ICE and the rule of law. The Fifth Circuit ruled that illegal aliens who entered unlawfully and are arrested by ICE in the interior are subject to mandatory detention while their deportation cases proceed. No bond hearings to secure their release. Congress wrote this into federal law in 1996. Section 1225(b)(2)(A) says these aliens SHALL be detained. Not MAY. SHALL. For months, the immigration lawyer cabal and activist district judges used habeas petitions to invent bond hearings Congress never authorized. The Fifth Circuit just shut that down and overturned orders that blocked ICE from re-arresting and detaining aliens previously released by those judges. The ruling is binding across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi… one of the most important detention corridors in the country. As Judge James Ho put it: “A nation ceases to be a nation if it can’t protect its borders.” Now MORE detention beds for MASS deportations!
HUGE: The en banc Fifth Circuit just held, 11-6, that illegal aliens caught in the interior can be detained without bond for the duration of their removal proceedings. Judge James Ho in a concurring opinion: "A nation ceases to be a nation if it can't protect its borders."

ANOTHER VOTER FRAUD CHARGE! We cannot and will not allow the votes of American citizens to be cancelled out by non-citizens illegally voting in our elections.
CRACKDOWN ON VOTER FRAUD CONTINUES HSI Syracuse arrested a German national, pursuant to a federal arrest warrant for violation of voting by aliens. They allegedly registered to vote and voted in an election where federal candidates were on the ballot. HSI will continue to hunt down and arrest those who illegally interfere with American elections.

According to leftists and la raza, I’m a “race traitor” and a “coconut” because I think people like him should be deported. He allegedly attacked a monument that commemorates an iconic moment from the U.S. Marine Corps, the same branch I once served in. Deport.
NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year. Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property. Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.
