The AIG IUS Preceptorship in IBD – The Foundation Course brought together gastroenterologists and healthcare professionals for six days of focused learning in Intestinal Ultrasound (IUS), combining expert-led online sessions with hands-on training, practical demonstrations, and interactive case discussions. From understanding the fundamentals of IUS to exploring its role in diagnosing and monitoring Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), the course fostered knowledge sharing, practical skill development, and greater confidence in clinical application.
