This is a great point! That is discussed in this case, and it’s the subject of the first question… fortunately the hard work of transition is done here by @sabpeds, Dr. Verstraete, Laura Cooke NP, and others. By the time folks transfer care to adult GI they are well prepared.

It seems "tissue is the issue" is a general consensus. What would your treatment of choice be 4 biopsy proven dz taking into account his relative immunosuppresion from HIV? Ifx vs Ved vs Ust vs other? @MikeKattahMD @GIMedEd @SaraLewinMD @ShergillMD @KendallBeckMD thoughts?
