1/4 Working in crypto the last few years has certainly been fascinating and there is still so much to learn.
One of the most satisfying dimensions to it is how much more collaborative across organizations the entire industry is.
3/4 Honestly, with our world moving freelance and organizations getting more fluid I believe some of these (mostly great) dynamics will spread into the mainstream.
It is not that it is not competitive, it certainly is. The line between "building on" and "straight-up copying" can get messy too. But there is a default attitude of mutual benefit that is baked in deep.
