and with the few times i had internet in the evening i found out that apparently you CAN romance garrus in part 2, but only as femshep. SO I REPLAYED THE ENTIRE GAME AGAIN. to get a save as a woman. and even then me2 gave me a scare with not finding the save files.

CDPR stand on the BioWare booth at E3 2004
Bioware has been a massive part of CDPR history. We befriended them when localizing and selling Baldur’s Gate games in Poland, Czech, and Slovakia. And later they were great help when lending us their engine for Witcher 1, sharing their wisdom and even giving us a spot at their booth at E3. I had a pleasure to visit them a few times in Edmonton and also host them in our Warsaw office. Very sad for the people affected, but also sad to see a legendary brand go down. Not a great day in the games industry.

honestly the worst thing abt taking painkillers for aches is that a lot of them have side-effects in the long run. i need my liver and kidneys for other stuff i can't waste them on this.
also i personally rarely have such debilitating headaches. always best to mind your body.
yes. they do just suffer. one time when we first moved to Germany my husband got a migraine at work and asked a coworker if they had an ibuprofen, which is a very common thing to do in the US if you need a painkiller. he might as well have asked them for heroin. she was appalled. she said “if you feel sick you should go home, lay down, and drink some tea”. he said “but i don’t want to do that. i am working on something.” “we have sick leave, unlike in America.” “yeah that’s great but i don’t want to go home and sit on the couch with a headache!! i want to not have a headache!!” he left work, got ibuprofen from the pharmacy, and went back to finish the day with no headache. it’s just a total culture clash. we fundamentally cannot understand each other here.
