Sabyasachi Nag’s excellent journal, Artisanal Writer, explores what makes writers tick and writing click. Interviews form an aesthetic statement of sorts. Grateful to be among such fine writers. rebrand.ly/AestheticsArtisan… @mawenzihouse @ImmWriters @AuthorsToronto @CanadianPoets – at Toronto, Ontario

I think I understand @realDonaldTrump now and I couldn’t agree more. The only way to make America great again is to add Canada - impossible for poor old America to do it on its own.
Excited to be attending the premiere of Exclusion at the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival and supporting my friend @justinpoy 伍雋雄 who is executive producer for this very important documentary on the Chinese Exclusion Act. I recommend it highly.

Very disappointed in @lufthansa. Confirmed premium economy Mumbai- YYZ pax waitlisted in MUC because the jokers overbooked premium/economy & are now selling upgrades to business to accommodate overbooked passengers. They’re literally double dipping. Never again @staralliance
I am so delighted to be reading a week from today in one of my favourite cities (Halifax) at the invitation of a poet I deeply admire (Luke Hathaway), in the company of another superb poet (Jennifer LoveGrove). It doesn't get better than this for a poet.

A Diwali wish for dark times. And a message for #RemembranceDay. A salute to those who sacrificed so much. And a very Happy Diwali to all who celebrate. From the lamp-lighters at Barrett and Welsh.
