Yesterday was a gorgeous day in Williamsburg, Virginia at the @CLALeadership Southern Region meeting at the Kingsmill resort. Our morning was filled with terrific presentations on cell phone detection and programming for the offenders. Fellowship was had by all with tours and the famous golf ⛳️ tournament. Congratulations to the @IndianaDOC on their celebration of ONE YEAR since project Delta deployed successfully on May 15, 2023. We are grateful for the continued leadership, partnership, and support of the entire IDOC team as we adapt, evolve, and grow their new, modern Offender Management System. Mi-Case was honored and humbled to have attended their celebration on May 15, 2024 at @IndianaDOC headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. To mark the incredible work and accomplishment of the entire project Delta team, the agency wanted to recognize the magnitude of this transition. The Mi-Case Delta system has been up in production and working 24x7, 365 days to provide staff with needed data and information at their fingertips. Since the mission of our company and its products is to "lighten the load of those managing an offender's journey," we would be remiss if we did not pause to celebrate and honor National Correctional Officers Week.  We are privileged to work directly with the Officers in these agencies daily, gathering the insights and challenges from their daily work to continually improve how our product supports their needs. We are grateful for this week to honor and raise awareness of the tireless efforts we witness daily, but so often go overlooked.  In the words of President Ronald Reagan when he created the holiday in 1984, "The professionalism, dedication and courage exhibited by these officers throughout the performance of these demanding and often conflicting roles deserves our utmost respect." At Mi-Case, our partnerships extend beyond just business. As strong believers of supporting our community and giving back, we are proud to be ongoing supporters of the @miracleleagueaz , a local Phoenix non-profit who offers a safe haven where everyone can experience the joy of baseball, regardless of ability. Their beautiful field and stadium provide children, teens and adults with disabilities or special health needs the opportunity to fully experience baseball as a family is meant to. By eliminating the barriers that typically prevent individuals from playing baseball, it enables an atmosphere that emphasizes inclusion and washes away stigmas. Our President, @idsco , has personally been impacted by the work of the wonderful people at the Miracle League. Our team had a terrific time meeting all of the students attending the Arizona State University Career Fair yesterday.
