@ihmc2022 was a great experience for @GroMicrobiome team: @MillaGois received the prize for her study on #metabolites, @sinha_trishla got a CSB award on a research proposal on #bile acids, and all of us got inspired by great talks and discussions. Many thanks for the organizers!

#ihmc2022 day2 ended up with a gala dinner and we learnt local awaodori dance💃. For my great (!) performance, I received this nice #pacbio lego😅 you never know what you get in a conference @ihmc2022

We learned from the past two days that diet (fiber➡️SCFAs) is important in health. Today we learned that for those who present with GI symptoms, a lack of fermentative bacteria is consequential. Dietary adaptation not restriction may be the solution. Great talk, Dr. Guarner!
