i was telling someone earlier that some people don’t know that their actions have consequences bc they don’t receive adequate punishments. people just let people do whatever to them & that’s the problem
being considerate of inconsiderate ppl does not get anyone anywhere. it won’t save you extreme inconvenience or resentment. it doesn’t teach them to show up better. humans *need* consequences to repeated actions. grace is for ppl that learn from them.
:((( followed his journey to find out he just passed may he rest in peace
Life is so unpredictable 💔Cancer is truly evil.
This is Marcel, an American father battling stomach cancer & sadly the treatment doesn't seem to be working. He left everything & just waiting for his last breath 😩💔
My heart breaks for his wife & sons, he was so full of love & so present as a dad. He is one person who deserves more time with his family💔

💔 SMALL HEATH | A COMMUNITY IN MOURNING 💔
The person attacked on Coventry Road this afternoon has been named in community tributes as brother Abdullah. Tributes say he was stabbed and has sadly passed away.
Those who knew him describe a righteous man. He took young people out on youth activities, he was active in the masjid, and he encouraged others in their search for knowledge. A man people looked up to.
To lose him like this, in broad daylight on our own high street, is heartbreaking.
May Allah have mercy on him, forgive him, and grant him the highest place in Jannah. May Allah give his family sabr and strength at this incredibly difficult time. Ameen 🤲
If you saw anything or have footage, please give it to West Midlands Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Help get justice for his family.
The killing in Small Heath is horrific, Subhanallah. That video should not be circulating, and out of respect for him and his family, I hope people stop sharing it. May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

My childhood was filled with attending my parents’ social events and hanging out with the other kids there and then falling asleep on some random couch or chair. We are losing recipes.
I remember my mom and dad used to go to their friends’ parties and my mom used to just have me lie on people’s coats when I got tired. They were NOT going home because of me and, honestly, I respect that. I think it’s important to still have a life outside of your kids.
