Öğrencileri İlgilendiren Değişiklikler
Doktorada Yayın Şartı:Mezuniyet için Web of Science veya SCOPUS indeksli dergilerde, tezle ilişkili ve öğrencinin ilk isim olduğu en az bir araştırma makalesinin basılmış ya da kabul edilmiş olması zorunlu hale geldi. Koşulu henüz sağlayamayanlara en fazla 4 yarıyıla kadar ek izin verilebilecek.
Hukuk alanı ile güzel sanatlar ve konservatuvarın doktora derecesi veren alanları dahil sosyal ve beşeri bilimler alanlarında Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI) veya SCOPUS kategorisindeki dergilerde tezle ilişkili ve öğrencinin ilk isim olduğu basılmış veya kabul belgesi almış en az bir araştırma makalesi, eğer araştırma makalesi ULAKBİM TR Dizin kapsamındaki dergilerde ise yine tezle ilişkili ve öğrencinin ilk isim olduğu basılmış veya kabul belgesi almış ikinci bir makalenin olması, zorunludur.
· Çift Program Yasağı (Madde 5/2): Tezsiz yüksek lisans programları hariç olmak üzere, aynı anda birden fazla lisansüstü programa kayıt yaptırmak ve devam etmek tamamen yasaklandı.
· Analık ve Afet/Salgın Ek Süreleri (Madde 10): Doğum yapan kadın öğrencilere talepleri halinde azami süreden sayılmayan 2 dönem ek sürehakkı tanındı. Afet ve salgın durumlarında da tez aşamasındaki öğrencilere yine azami süreden düşülmeyen en fazla 2 dönem ek süre verilebilecek.
Öğretim Üyelerini İlgilendiren Değişiklikler
· Danışmanlık Kotası (Madde 11/2): Akademik enflasyonu önlemek adına, tezli yüksek lisans ve doktora programlarında öğretim üyesi başına düşen danışmanlık sayısı en fazla 14 öğrenci ile sınırlandırıldı.
Akademik Çıktı Şartı (Madde 30/3 & 42/3): Son 3 takvim yılında makale, kitap, kitap bölümü veya patent gibi çalışmalardan oluşan akademik çıktıların yıllık ortalamasının en az 1 adet olması şartı getirildi. Bu şartı sağlamayan hocalar yeni öğrenci alamayacak. İlk kez danışmanlık yapacaklar ise bu kuraldan muaf tutulacak.
Çevrim İçi Jüri Katılımı ve Kayıt (Madde 19/6 & 33/2): Şehir veya ülke dışındaki jüri üyeleri tez savunmalarına ve izleme komitelerine çevrim içi katılabilecek. Ancak bu sınavlar tamamen dijital olarak kayıt altına alınmak zorunda

5 signs your literature review is just a summary:
❌ You discuss studies one by one.

A strong literature review does not summarize studies.

Strong academic writing tells a clear intellectual story:
• What problem exists?
• Why does it matter?
• What is still unknown?
• How does this study help?
Research is not only analysis.
It is argument, logic, and meaning.
